Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

Paid a $110 for an eye exam that was so rushed it didn't even seem like a real exam. I don't trust the prescription I received, it's weaker than my original one but my sight is worse. Office staff were constantly rude and made it seem like the customers were an inconvenience; the optometrist didn't have the time of day. Not going to save any money here so do yourself a favour and go to a real optometrist

I have been going to Superstore Optical in Red Deer for over 6 years now and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for complete, quality eye care. From contact fittings, glasses and children eye exams Dr.Rodes, Cindy & Marcie have provided excellent service throughout the years, thanks so much ladies!

Optical Store (Glasses):UPDATE (December 2nd):After phoning corporate customer service (and having spoken with four people in escalating the issue), I received a phone call today from Ontario (two weeks into this). They had the audacity to say I requested that the reading portion of my prescription be 2.00 (the wrong prescription, which I never asked for). The glasses were unusable, UNLESS you held the text VERY CLOSE (I mean VERY CLOSE, LOL). Wow! One employee suggested I go to the doctor and share my concerns. I did, and the doctor verified the reading prescription they put in BOTH pairs of glasses was wrong. I can appreciate that customer service is exceedingly more difficult than ever. Four trips to get a pair of prescription sunglasses made correctly. The glasses are now good, but it was painful. Prices are very cheap compared to other shops. Inspect their work before you leave the store.

Had my eyes exam. They tell me i need glasses. Spend $500. Then find out I need to do more test after. Because I can't see out of new glasses. Also never gave me any advice on bifocals. So they glasses I bought are useless. Because they're not big enough to use them properly. I know better next time. Have dye test first

Our entire family has purchased glasses at this location and have recieved wonderful service. The selection of glasses is great for both adults and kids. Cindy and Marci were easy to deal with and made the experience great for my 4 year old when she came to pick out her first set of glasses. Would highly recommend!
