I've never stayed at the shelter, but believe the people involved are doing their best to help the less fortunate.

Horrible organization. Thankfully the residence on Wellington shut down. You house a bunch of delinquents who do nothing but terrorize the community.

It's a shelter. You cannot expect it to be as good a home as your mom would make for you... but you won't freeze to death. The rules keeps everyone peaceful.

This is one the worst shelter I had ever stayed. Where evil dark power is been used to torment me each night. Taking out sperm from me like a drip of water each day. Still no one in any goverment level could stop the physical seen criminal activity. I started my tax return there still unable to finish it.

The city fails to meet the basic requirements of its homeless population. I have been at risk for almost 6 months. I stayed in the shelter for a couple of months and disliked my visit. The shelter was overcrowded. They ran out of beds to include everyone, forcing people to sleep on the floor and under tables. Many people, including myself, have complaints about unfriendly staff, bed bugs and lice, theft, drug & alcohol use, and poor food quality. My experience in the shelter was horrible and it didn’t really help fix my situation in any way:(
