Went here a few times since moving to The Soo a couple of years ago. Always helpful staff even during lockdown of 2021 when I desperately needed a new mattress, and thankfully the one I liked was available for quick delivery while I slept on a futon. There are other places in the area and I won't lie, we have bought other furnishings elsewhere but they were custom made to fit a tight space. For pricing, though, we always came back here for items that didn't need to be an exact sizing.

Terrible place to buy anything from! Wait is always ridiculously long! I had furniture delivered a couple weeks ago and they forgot a cushion for my sectional and there was a rip, they ordered another piece and attempted to deliver only for it to be the opposite of what I needed. Have ordered and cancelled many times as the wait is always terribly long and not worth it! Best Buy is much quicker for appliances! I also hate the old school system of selling, don’t harass me, let me pick what I want and check out. Unless I ask for help go away! I now only order online so I can avoid their sales people.

Dealt with Dave today. He was AWESOME. The guy could not do enough for me. On top of helping me with my purchase he listened to all my wacky requests and life story! He was a pleasure to deal with. A true gentleman and knew the product inside and out. Thank you Dave!!

Karen is extremely personable and extremely easy to chat and shop with. She knows her products that's for sure. I met her in 2021 when she sole me a mattress. Happy she still works here!

The delivery men were very knowledgeable esp on how to get sofa thru patio door without scraping the stationary pillows.. set it up nicely and moved a couple items of furniture back in place. Very polite and pleasant. On time. Was careful with my wrapped sofa. No complaints from me at all. So far pleased with purchase.

We purchased a beautiful sectional sofa bed and a dining room table and chairs from Gene here at Leon’s and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Gene is exceptional and will treat you like family the second you walk through the door! Very pleased with prices and experience.

We were looking for some deck furniture, and saw none. Greg guided us to a great deal in clearance for a wicker love seat and coffee table. He also provided the ideal TV info based on our needs! No hard sell, Greg just listened and gave his considered opinions. We’ll look for him for product purchases in the future!

The customer service was too notch. We worked with Dave and he was terrific! Everyone we dealt with was great tho! The prices are very fair, you get what you pay for and Leons has great quality stuff!

As a newcomer to Canada and to the Sault, I tend to be nervous most times. Walking into Leon's in the Soo put all my fears to rest. Gene was amazing and friendly and so very helpful. My husband and I left the store, having purchased our first new sofa set in Canada. Delivery date was set and fulfilled to the date! It was on time, and we didn't have to wait for months to get our furniture. That was another big seller for us!Last, but certainly not least, the delivery persons were friendly, funny and very helpful! Our living room set is now set up and Leon's have gained a new lifetime customer! Thank you Leon's!

I just wanted to say how professional your delivery team was both Mark and Aaron are an asset and delivery was top notch from removing my old appliances and then placing the new appliances in my home. Doors were removed and extra care taken with blankets to not scratch the floors and doors put back into place.This delivery would not be possible without your sales associate Morgan who took the time to help my wife and I and 2 year old daughter and made our purchase smooth without any pressure.Also wanted to add Amanda to this review who answered the phone the day of our delivery and was a pleasure dealing with her who helped us out as well.All your staff worked as a team to make our purchase simple and easy.So far our Hisense refrigerator is absolutely quiet and you wouldn't even know the fridge was there. As well as our LG stove both compliment each other in style and hopefully reliability.Fingers crossed but so far it's been great.
