The Synthetic Turf crew were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Chris made deciding on the type of turf to go with easy by providing lots of choices and information. His installation crew showed up on time, worked hard despite the extreme heat, were meticulous in their installation, cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day and were a delight to have on site. Whenever I called into the office, the staff were very pleasant and efficient -- nice to think someone is smiling on the other end of the phone. Thanks all for transforming my space into something special.

Just had 2 sections of synthetic turf installed, and love it. To be honest, even our landscapers think it looks amazing....caught them walking on it in bare feet, LOL - great install team, clean and professional. I would 100% recommend going this route to anyone in the Kelowna region

Chris and his team did an amazing job with our yard! The grass looks great and the entire family loves it.Their installers were as professional as they come. They took time to explain different options for handling edging and odd transition areas to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They arrived when they said and had it all completed and cleaned up on time, just as promised.During the install they did chip a piece of our Hardie board siding, it was an easy mistake to make as it's incredible brittle stuff. They immediately let us know about it and deducted the cost to fix it from our invoice with no shopping around for quotes and no fuss whatsoever. We are all human and mistakes happen, it's so refreshing to work with a company that truely cares about their customers, takes responsibility for their actions and does what is necessary to make it right. You can't ask for anything more than that and I commend them for having such great customer service.Thanks to Chris and his team, we look forward to enjoying a maintenance free lawn for years to come.

We had Synthetic Turf install artificial grass on our front lawn. The crew was friendly, quick and efficient. They removed the old grass, leveled it all out, and installed the grass in a day. The grass looks and feels great; so glad we did it and don't have to haul the lawnmower around anymore.

Synthetic Turf International are great people to work with whether it's for a big or small project. Kale was super helpful and took the time to set me up with just the right product for a small but important home improvement project using their turf. My place looks great now.

We are really happy with our new artificial grass from Synthetic Turf International. It looks and feels great underfoot. We were limited to what we could use and by adding synthetic turf it gave us a larger usable area. Chris and his crew from STI did an excellent job installing the turf in an efficient and timely manner. A job well done!
