this place and doctor is beautiful, but the receptionist is SO DISRESPECTFUL Shannon. She used to be so nice to me until she first met me, maybe because she saw that I was black I’m not sure. After meeting me, it was non stop attitude, non stop filth, I used to think it was probably because she was having a bad day, but regardless this behaviour is unacceptable. I don’t want to pull the race card but this is truthfully how she behaves. Maybe she thinks my family and I don’t belong here, I don’t know but I believe that she doesn’t have the right to treat me like this based upon her personal preference.

If I could give a negative numerical value, I would have to come up with something new...This is a disgusting level of careThis is not health care. From personal experience, WOW...My review is not complete, please come back and check it out.

I think.it is an honor to have such an amazing health center for the needs of the public whom cannot afford to keep themselves taken care of in many more ways then one. The convenience of having a doctor, a dentist and many more professionals available to you all in the same location is very convenient and less confusing. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and do not.look down on people who are less fortunate. Myself for one is very appreciative for these services.

I am waiting for a Family Dr. so .....needing only someone to sign off my paperwork so I can get a hearing aid . I decided to drop by and ask if they could help? It was 10 am no one was in the waiting room and I could see the Doctor was standing there 15ft away from me talking to 2 nurses ...I ask the receptionist could he help me out??? Dr looked right at me and shook his head no .... What the ???? This is public health care???

*IF YOU'RE ON OW LOOK IN ANOTHER TOWN OR IF ITS AN EMERGENCY GO TO THE HOSPITAL!! THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & THE THE EMERGENCY" AFTER HOURS WORKER IS COMPLETELY USELESS.*Looks like I have to go to the hospital for something that should of been dealt with weeks ago

I would hate to be taken wrongly I am giving the health centre a very low rating.Though some services were grate I do remember meeting and dealing with many pleasant workers as a patient of Dr. Jennifer Whelan when she was present at this location.I had the utterly worst experience with a physician and I have been put through therapy through trauma and abuse therapy center in Kingston Ontario and seen another therapist afterwards from a second agency and now perhaps a third yet to come because the impact of loosing my son only child and separation many years ago now.I had disowned an innocent child and refuse to take part in the childs life because of this impact.This Dr. Caused nothing but stress onto me unessesarily through my entire pregnancy and actually may very well be why I look at this so neggitively today and why this child will be impacted mentally in his future.The utterly worst experience I have ever had I wouldn't recommend or give this physician any credit.I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately in my experience this location caused more complications in my life and could potentially hinder ones well being rather then support.Thankfully I am no longer located in Belleville it's a terrible place to live and do not be to disappointed or feel singled out your not the only agency I speak lowly of in Belleville Ontario.I have a wonderful patient understanding physician Dr. Daniel Glatt that is very understanding very clear and respectful and very helpful and I am happy in Napanee Ontario and I was also happy living in Trenton Ontario .Perhaps Belleville just wasent the place I guess.This is unfortunate.I wish you well I am not unreasonable happy new year of 2021 all best of luck and be safe perhaps things have improved since this time period I have been gone for a while.Please take care.Thank you ,Emily Lancaster

I don't get the purpose of this facility. Is there even a bona fide doctor here? You have to go on a waiting list but for what outcome? There seems to be no calls with results or no followup visits in place. I think going to ER as horrible as that idea is, might however be a better choice.

Kicked me out because I was healthy. I required no medical attention for a few years, and they claim they sent letters to my address (but they forgot to add the apartment unit#, so I never received ANYTHING) and have now been informed that I am no longer a patient here. My family doctor retired and my family moved all our records/patients to here, but they're now telling me they have no records and I'm not a patient there. When I asked to be reinstated, they practically laughed in my face and said there's an extensive waiting list" and would not reinstate me even when I told them that I had no intention of being dropped. I've never felt so unwelcome in a medical facility

The dentist here decided to fill all my molars unnecessarily (I went in for a chipped tooth) and according to another dentist he did it wrong because all the filling pieces fell out. My teeth never sat right after either, I was glad when they fell out. The other dentists and dental cleaners are great but the really old man doesn't seem to be that good. I wish I remembered his name so I could say I don't want this dentist.

This medical practice is extremely unprofessional. The staff as a whole and the services there are great. I have even heard the nurses can be great ! Problem is however, I have a nurse practitioner who I feel refuses to listen and I have absolutely zero report with. I have requested a new doctor as I really don’t feel comfortable speaking with the current one and they refused. I have been misdiagnosed for years now and fear having to go in to ask for help. Upon getting severely sick and being in and out of the hospital, my nurse practitioner informed me that in order to be helped, I would have to pull myself in ( if they have appointments that day) and she would “ talk me down”. My issue is I get motion sickness and some pretty severe abdominal pain which results in dizziness and fatigue and illness for days on end. My family all suffers from very severe medical conditions with their stomach’s and besides trying to push medication and a bit of therapy, no other testing has been done. I thought when I got the call I had a doctor, things would get better. Signing up with a nurse practitioner has been the worst decision I could have made and strongly encourage you to wait for a real doctor Apposed to someone who has decided they are.
