Moe, Raj and their team are incredibly polite, and professional. You can tell they care when people come to them.Had both the doors on my passenger side replaced after an accident. They were quick in ordering the parts, and even quicker in getting the job done! They were also able to get me a courtesy car just down the road from a local Hertz. It was pretty nice having an SUV for the time that my car was being repaired! My car even came back to me clean inside and outside, and they even got some of the tough spots that I'd never even thought of getting detailed. They literally went above and beyond, it was INCREDIBLE.If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5 I would. Will definitely use them again for anything that comes up!Thank you Fix Auto Surrey, you all rock!

Moe and his crew are awesome. We have used their services several times and it has been nothing but great. They do such a great job that no-one would even notice the prior damage. We would highly highly recommend Fix Auto Surrey and Mr. Moe the owner. He's very expert and HONEST and genuinely KIND! That's a quality that is very rare to come by. Thanks Moe.

I regret to say that due to the lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, delays in repairs (11months), and a lack of seriousness towards record-keeping, I am left with no other option but to provide a 0 rating. I don't recommend this shop to any of my friends or family members.

Such a great experience with the Owner “Mohammad” and his team. They are very helpful, concerned & polite also done their job very beautifully. As I was really very confused and dishearted when someone hit my new parked car in the parking and i had no idea to which icbc approved shop i should go then someone suggested me this place and believe me i didn’t even expected that I would get my car back as it was before accident but they make me shocked by doing their job perfectly. I would like to suggest that if someone had no idea in such a situation then they should visit here and get the best experience. Specially thanks to the front desk body who is really very patient and polite which actually gives relief and develop a trust with the customers even at first visit.

Mohammad did an amazing job working on the front fender of my 2000 Infiniti i30. Despite my car being old and the scarcity of new parts, he was able to repair the huge dent on the original fender while painting it so perfectly you can’t notice anything even under sunlight. Paint was just blended so well into the rest of the 20+ year old car. Definitely recommend for any kind of auto detailing!

Can't say enough good things about this body shop. I went there to repaint the rear bumper of my car, which had scratches all over.Tip: if you can live with the dents and big scratches just do it, but never ever cheap out on the paint work. It takes many man hours and a lot of material, so unfortunately it's expensive. If a body shop gives you a quote that's too good to be true, RUN!About fix auto:- the waiting area has modern decoration and there's a coffee machine!- Mohammad (the owner) was very polite, examined the car and went through what needs to be done and why.- Gave me a quote that I instantly knew is fair. How? A dealership had quoted me a higher price 4 years ago.- My car was ready in 5 days. I am no paint expert, but to me the paint blend to the rest of car and I can't tell if it has been repainted.- bonus: The interior and exterior of my car was washed/detailed. Including the engine.

Toyota Camry 2018 you know what I’m talking aboutI don’t recommend this shop … they let you sign all the papers and then they will ignore you if there is any problems after still my car not fixed properly I have to spend more money in my pocket…. Good customer service but not good at repairing.

My child and I were hit by an impaired driver on April 25th. RCMP tracked him down after he failed to present insurance papers and 2 days later he finally admitted to the collision.My adjuster called me and said I can begin contacting ICBC accredited repair shops for estimates. Doing so I’ve contacted eight repair shops prior to Fix Auto.Fix Auto was happy to take my case. I will give them that. I brought my car in for an estimate and was told that I will get a call when the parts were delivered.May 17th I called to find out if there was any updates, I spoke to Moe and he redirected me to the receptionist. The receptionist stated that she cannot find me in their system and asked to call me back as soon as I can.The fact that they said they couldn’t find me in their system after providing my info was concerning to me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. She called me back about 15 minutes later and told me I can bring my car Tuesday May 23rd and that they will have their courtesy car available.When I arrived the Receptionist wasn’t there yet, but Moe dealt with me. If I was told this in the very beginning things would’ve been better but they were going to charge me $100 for the courtesy car that they did not have. Moe contacted enterprise and they brought a vehicle to the shop enterprise was going to charge me $400 for their car.I told him I cannot afford any of that and that I wish I would’ve known about this prior to coming here.When I left, I drove to another repair shop and they were thorough with the fine print and everything involved and was happy to transfer my file over.Dear, fix auto, it is very clear in your response that your tone was not friendly. It is unfortunate that you feel that I wasted your time, but given the fact that you lost my file twice and was going to charge me for a vehicle that you did not have is shameful considering I am a single parent who is now dealing with the repercussions from a drunk driver.No hard feelings, but please do better.
