My fathers furnace broke down during our minus30 cold period. We had a pipe break by a sink as well.Darcy had a guy on sight within the hour of calling him.Service was friendly and very efficient. I recommend these guys for any furnace or plumbing issues.They are very knowledgeable, fast , and very fair on pricing.

We had an incredibly clogged sewer pipe. Two sinks and two dish washers were affected by it (one upstairs and one downstairs). We tried everything we could to get it flowing, but eventually (after two days of trying) had to call the pros. They came with all the right tools and got it flowing and it's still flowing great a week later. Thanx for the quick, competent friendly service! :)

Our 5 yr old water heater failed, and after waiting days to get a call back from our builders plumber, I decided to call Protech. Darcy called me back within minutes, and within hours, one of his plumbers (Nick) arrived at our home. Within minutes of arriving, Nick discovered the problem to be a failed fan motor. Nick had the motor replaced next day. Throughout the whole experience, both Darcy and Nick were extremely communicative, punctual, professional AND friendly. We already have another piece of work in mind for them, and they will now be our plumbing/heating service provider of choice from this moment on. Thanks Darcy and Nick - you restored my faith in honest tradesmen still being out there. :)

I had an A/C issue for my home. Darcy relied quickly and was able to diagnose it and get it fixed in one visit. He was pleasant to work with and he’ll be my go to if I ever have issues again. Highly recommend!!

At 3 PM in the afternoon, my water heater broke. I didn't think I would receive any assistance, but I decided to call Protech. I spoke to Darcy, who promptly sent someone to help me and offered a fair price for a new heater. Despite encountering challenges with the old piping, Darcy's team worked diligently and managed to install the new water heater, getting it up and running by 9 PM on the same day. I was truly amazed by their quick response to the situation. Darcy, Robert, and Thomas, you all did an outstanding job! You deserve a double thumbs up for your excellent work.

My AC was having some issues and Darcy was able to help diagnose and fix the problem. Where a lot of companies or HVAC specialists might just tell you that you need a new unit, Darcy tried a bunch of different things to actually find the problem. He came and recharged my refrigerant. It was working but then it stopped working later in the day. Darcy was back to my house to look at the AC at around 930pm. Both of us standing outside in the dark trying to figure out what the problem was. Anyways, he seems to have figured it out and I really appreciated the fact he got my AC running again when it was looking kind of bleak. My brother and I have had Darcy help us on a rental unit as well and again, did a great job. I have no problems recommending Darcy and would certainly call him again for any furnace or AC work. Plus it doesn't hurt that he is just a nice guy.

Would definitely recommend if you are having any kind of trouble with your furnace! On the Sunday of a long weekend our furnace started short cycling. I called Darcy and he got back to me right away and had Robert come out to try and fix it. Robert was able to get it working again and everything seemed fine until Monday when it started malfunctioning again. Darcy troubleshooted with me on the phone and it started working again…. Until Tuesday evening when it started acting up again! Darcy spent a long time on the phone with me troubleshooting and helping me try to fix it. He was an awesome communicator and I felt completely comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not get it going but Robert was on the case first thing in the morning, getting parts and then came and was able to undertake the repairs that were needed! Robert and Darcy were both professional, reassuring and kind when dealing with this issue, even making sure to check in to make sure everything was still working fine the night after the repairs. Thanks guys!

I had issues with both my AC / furnace and my hot water tank. Darcy was able to work around my schedule to come have a look. Both issues were promptly diagnosed and fixed. Definitely doesn’t hurt that he’s ultra friendly and honest. Thanks for fixing my issues and educating me for future maintenance.
