First appointment. Great experience. Jean-Michel asked lots of sensible and useful questions about my condition and was able to come up very quickly with a good plan for my therapy. Judging from the way I felt after the actual massage therapy, we're on a very suitable course. The exercises for my homework are proving beneficial too. Very pleased!

Dr. Keene was very friendly, welcoming, caring and professional.I feel as though she really knows her stuff and truly wants to help people heal.

I went to Josiane concerning pain in my arm right where you flex it. I was using muscle rub and Tylenol to keep the pain down. I realized that it was not a muscle and it was the ligament. I was very worried due to my father had the same pain and his ligament gave way and they could not do anything due his age. So I booked an appointment with Josiane to get this checked out. I work in a repetitive job so if I lose the ability to use my arm I am out of work. She was so nice and listened to my concerns and then did a through check of the ligament and the muscles around and then explained what it did and also explained what happens if it does give way. She did a simple little check to show me that the ligament was still attached and then showed me how to do it. Then she explained that if anything changed to call her and she could advise me on what to do next. She then explained a plan of action that she can take and then worked on my arm. After the treatment she put a strip of tape on my arm to help support the ligament. She said that this will work for about 4 days, plus she gave me exercises to do daily to strengthen the arm. The tape was a game changer the pain was reduced by at least 90% and at day 4 the pain started to slowly come back. I could not believe that she knew that exact time that the treatment was work. She is the Physio Whisperer. So if you have any problems that require physio go to Josiane you will not regret it and you will get elite service from her.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Alanna Keene for my Chiro assessment. She is extremely knowledgeable and approaches concerns whether it be injury, sore muscles, etc. with open ears. I felt very much a part of finding solutions to aches/pains, and she was great at explaining causes. Highly recommend Dr, Alanna Keene!Furthermore, the owner John reached out personally when he saw I was racing this weekend to ensure I could receive care. I booked for physio and massage with this team as well. Overall great experience with Rehab 1!

Today was my first session with Dr. Alanna Keene and she was wonderful. She was able to relieve my neck and most of my shoulder and back pain. Gave me a few exercises/stretches to do for the week. Denise at the front desk like always is amazing and extremely helpful. I can not praise and recommend Rehab 1 Riverview enough. I have previously been here for other services they offer and they still offer amazing service.

Saw Dr. Alanna Keene today for back and neck pain that’s been going on for a few years. She’s very thorough in her questioning and am EXPERT in her field. 20mins of stretching and 1 adjustment later, my back feels better than it has in 3 years.I would SUPER highly recommend her.

I had very positive results on my visit to Rehab 1 in Riverview. I was greeted with warm reception on every visit and enjoyed the pleasant personalities of the staff. All those I communicated with were genuinely warm, courteous, friendly and showed respect. My therapist was Mike Sansom and I was very impressed with his performance. He exuded a confidence that is enjoyable to not only myself, but to all his patients I’m sure. The results of his expert treatments were noticed and successful. I would and do, recommend Rehab 1 to all as I’m sure the teams in every location strive to give 100% in performance.

I had my initial appointment with Josiane today and was very pleased with the results. She listened to me as she asked her questions and was attentive noting the issues. She was able to pinpoint my issue and provide clear instructions and exercises for me to continue to use to improve. Very friendly and supportive and explained what she believed was the issue and what I needed to do.The front staff person (sorry, I didn't get your name) was very pleasant and inviting. I did not have to wait long and everything payment with insurance was handled quickly and efficiently along with booking a follow-up. Definitely recommend!

Kyle is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I went into the visit today in pain and anxious about treatment etc and I left knowing I am in the best hands. I have total confidence he will do whatever he can to help me and to help me navigate other aspects of the healing process. Excellent experience.
