The gentleman who dealt with us was great. He answered my questions and found us a new plan at a great price and explained what I needed to send back to Shaw, and what to take to recycle. He explained our new plan and how to set up our new boxs for our TV's. Made for a pleasant experience.

I visited this store to trade in my old Galaxy 8+ and got the S21 FE. From the second I walked into store I was pleasantly greeted by Santino who helped navigate me with my purchase. He was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable almost like family. I highly recommend using this mobile store and ask for Santino.

Quick, helpful. Compared current & old packages we still have. Downside cannot return equipment thereto the store. Was given a post-paid sticker to return Shaw Rogers equipment yourself.

They do not offer anything for long time shaw customers. They offer things only to jack up the price later and will now only give you a price break if you commit to a 2 year contract. I will be leaving ASAP. They have ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. When I disconnect they will try and get my business back. And ONLY THEN! THEY SUCK?

Do not trust these people's service, I requested to move my home outlet, and didn't move due the strata and he left. In my bill they charge $49.95 for nothing. When I spoke to the customer service, they said the technician completed the job and uploaded the image as well. I said how did he complete my job without moving the outlet. They said we have proof with a picture. On that day he didn't take any pictures and did nothing. Please check your monthly bill before you pay and again DO NOT TRUST SHAW KAMLOOPS people.

Customer service was fantastic. Shaw policy of billing a month ahead is crazy. We changed plans. Got rid of some things we never watch. Those channels will be gone but we still have to pay for them. Makes zero sense.
