Honestly I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. Worst service EVER! They left half of all the hair there, didn’t even care. Very expensive and is not worth the money. Make yourself a favour and don’t go.. to another place where at least you pay for way they give.

I have been going to Gabby for years and she is simply the best. I always leave 100% happy, there is no doubt she is the best technician in town. She is very professional and friendly who understands my preference and execute with excellence. If you need any waxing service, I highly recommend seeing Gabby!

Absolutely a fan of their waxing service. It’s always been consistently good - regardless of the technician I had. You can tell they are well experienced and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable. Have tried services fromLegs, arms and Brazilian. I also think of downtown they are fairly priced.

I’ve been seeing Gabriella for years now and have recommended her to so many people. She’s professional, fast, thorough, and also makes it hurt less somehow. She’s also just a lovely human. I’m also plus sized and find the facilities are inclusive, i feel really comfortable, and it’s a non-issue.

Gabrielle was amazing! The process was seamless and fast, and I dared to say even painless for a French wax. I wasn't ready yet to try this in Vancouver, but after visiting her a couple of times, I can't recommend it enough.She is very thorough and comfortable to be around and again, is done so fast you don't have time to wrap your mind around the whole thing, and then you are ready to go. I've been seeing Toni for a few years now and really enjoy my experience. It took quite a few tries to find the right person for me, and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, as I've certainly seen a few questionable spas. I couldn't say much about price as I haven't been anywhere else in over 6 years, but I can say the Burnaby location is also great! The fact I can buy packs of waxes for a discount price is a bonus as well. Highly recommend for waxing needs.

As someone who’s been waxing for twenty years, I can honestly say that no one is remotely as good as Gabriella.Not only is Gabriella efficient, being the fastest, record-breaking waxer ever, but she’s precise , making sure that final results are aesthetically perfect. Hard to believe, that Gabriella can also reassure you that waxing is a near-painless experience.
