Staff was fantastic. Pub was fantastic. There was no wine glasses in the room which I thought was weird. They gave me some immediately. I stayed with my dog, the staff all made a fuss over my dog. It was -35c overnight so I asked to plug my car in, they were great and helpful over it. My only negative (and this was not the hotels fault but bringing it up) the building is old so the walls are thin. I felt like people were moving furniture every single night between 7-10 pm, it was weird. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. I highly recommend. The location was great. The room was very clean. The hotel has character. Also, I could of gone anywhere for lunch and dinner but I stayed mainly at the pub because it was so damn good. Best Pot Pie I have ever had and I am pick AF.I won't give them 5 stars, but I would prefer to give them 4.5.

Our first time here and we were impressed! We brought our dog and they had an amazing pet-friendly room and provided a suprise pack of treats and even a water bowl! We LOVED the room! Lots of care and attention with a true teapot and cups! We ate at the restaurant and lots of excellent menu choices, we enjoyed our meals :) The staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend!!

Truly a hidden gem! The Inn was awesome! Clean and home-y". The room we stayed at was Regency Suite -newly renovated. Both my husband and I wished we stayed longer in Canmore

Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable over the last two days! The hotel is very quaint and quiet and the decor very unique. Our large deluxe spa suite was so relaxing with the fireplace and soaker tub. The restaurant is exceptional as well. I highly recommend the stuffed Yorkshire pudding for supper and the 2-2-2 for breakfast! We celebrated our birthdays and early anniversary. Thanks for making it memorable.R BlackwellEdmonton, AB

This is our 3rd time staying at the Georgetown Inn and once again we have had a fabulous stay. Rooms we're very clean and considering I'm a very light sleeper I didn't even hear the trains (and our room was facing the tracks). We also ate at the Pub and both nights had 2 fabulous dinners. Our server Tabitha was just amazing, friendly and so attentive to everything. The beet Wellington was just delicious as well as the vegetable gravy! We had such a great getaway for our 30th anniversary and will definitely be staying here again next time we're out this way!

Room was clean and ambiance was wonderful. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Right from the time of booking they sent informative messages. I forgot one item in the room and they messaged me within few hours of check-out about it. Highly recommended place to stay in Canmore.

This hotel is amazing! The staff at check in were very friendly, and when we walked into the room I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful it was. We came with our 3 kids on Easter weekend and while I was noticing how lovely the room was, they noticed hidden Easter chocolates everywhere and they were SO excited that the Easter bunny came to their hotel room.It was such a friendly touch to an already amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to everyone!Plus we ate at the pub and the food and service were spectacular!

This is our favourite hotel to stay in when we come to the mountains. A true hidden gem, the rooms are huge, so comfortable and the beds are exceptional. The bath is a lovely treat after a long day hiking.Location is great, walkable to many places. Convenient parking, and a returning guest discount on rooms.Service is top notch, we always feel so well looked after when we come here - the staff are accomodating, helpful, and generally so friendly. Big shout out to Emma who has made sure our last two stays were as comfortable as possible! Can't wait to come back.

Lovely stay for our anniversary. Would have been five stars if we didn’t have to wash the teacups before use (there was still tea in there from previous visitors).We had supper at the pub downstairs. Service and food was really good!

This place actually felt like an INN. We loved it so much we went back for a second night.Staff was amazing. Rooms and linens also.So nice to walk out of your room to the attached restaurant. 5 stars from me.
