Stumbled upon this store today while shoe shopping for my son. We bought a pair of winter boots and a pair of campers. We were waffling between shoe sizes for the campers and went with the smaller pair. Son wanted to wear the shoes right away but about a minute after we walked out he said they felt too tight. We returned to the store immediately (we were only about 50 metres away) to ask to exchange them for the size up. We were told the shoes were now used and could not be exchanged - even though we had bought them only 2 minutes earlier. I asked them numerous times to please exchange, that we had just left, it’s not rainy or muddy outside and it was still a firm no. Won’t be shopping there again.
