I needed my air conditioning fixed and Jeff was on it immediately. I’ve used their services many times over the years and have always been very satisfied. Your comfort is top priority with these guys. Their customer service is exceptionally dependable and their work is top notch! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My AC unit died. Mutual consultation and decided to get a brand new furnace and AC unit. The old furnace was 20 yrs old and they are lucrative rebates at the present time. Very happy with my outcome moving forward. Thank you GWB.

I would give a zero if I could! Do not use this service!! I called and clearly explained what I needed with our gas pool heater repair to ensure this company could do the job. Assured by the reception that absolutely they could do this repair. What a rip off, fella shows up, says can’t do the job, doesn’t have the tools and I should just do it myself “because it’s easy”. Charged over $150 for basically nothing but unhooking a gas line, which he told me to rehook up by myself. Would never recommend this place.Though the service call was terrible, the follow up from the office was not, thank you to office staff for professionalism.

They did a great job prepping the heating system for our pool install. Very thorough and respected the property of the homeowner. I would recommend their services. Thank you again!

Wonderful service! They came on a Friday afternoon after my furnace had quit, the technician made it to the wholesaler by 5pm and returned to finish the job. Very happy customer, wonderful office staff too! Would highly recommend GWB.

Had my rental water heater replaced with a Rinnai recirculating tankless water heater by GWB. Everyone at GWB (Chad, Mike & Jeff) were extremely professional, courteous and did an extremely clean installation. I'll now never have to worry about running out of hot water and I was also able to save lots of space in my mechanical room with the big tank gone now. A+ service.

Amazing service from 1st call until technician came out. They managed to fit us in very quickly, which is no doubt a challenge when the weather gets hot. Tech was friendly, approachable with our questions and explained/made sure we understood the work needed. Cannot say enough about our experience. Would highly recommend their services

This company is as professional as they come. They come as a team and know exactly what each one needs to do. They seamlessly work together. It was like watching an ant farm under glass. They explained the differences between our old heating system and our new heat pump heating system so we felt confident with our new system. They respected our environment and made sure that everything was clean before they said their goodbyes.

We had Jeff come out and work on a 20 year old AC, previous companies were not able to solve the issue.Jeff solved it immediately and bought us 2 more years with the unit. We are currently pricing a new AC with them and Jeff is very knowledgeable & down to earth to deal with. We recommend GWB for your cooling solutions.

GWB installed a new furnace and heat pump for us. The estimate was fair and their service time was excellent. Once we agreed to the price our system was installed within 10 days and exactly as estimated. The communication was also excellent as they notified us when the crew was on its way to install, and we had a service quality call when the crew was here! We felt very confident when we agreed with GWB on the install as we had to call them on our old furnace and they showed up on time and their service rep Tre was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My neighbours originally referred them to us based on their experience as well . Needless to say we are very happy with GWB for their install and the first estimate visit with Jeff. Well done!!
