IELTS AOLCC - IELTS Test Centre Mississauga

i had bad experience that my results goes down as compared to previous. They had 1 teacher from long time speaking Michel name he gave me last 6:5 in speaking nd now 6 that’s not expected. something going on here in this centre . reading was so good and easy i doubt they are changing exam seat with candidate for fees.

Thé receptionist was so nice and helpful and so was everyone else at this center.

It was a wonderfull experience throughout exam. Especially, ielts staff Jaspinder was very polite and sweet. The way she was treating to all the candiate was quite impressive. Instructions were clearly delivered by staff. thanks alot.

Well professional and best environment to give your ielts exam. Staff was courteous and helpful. They guide you and make your exam experience very smooth. Result was delivered on time. I would recommend this center to anyone who wants to give their exam. Best of luck!

I gave my IELTS computer based test at this centre. They were very supportive starting from the reception area to the IELTS room where the test is conducted. Everything was organized well and amazing audio quality for listening. Overall a great experience.

Here are some reasons causing inadequate satisfaction:I registered as a vision impaired person who needs extra time and enlarge font for the test and I was supposed to take the test on 29th of October. On 21th of October, they called me and they said we are unable to provide your special accommodation for 29th October and you will need to postpone your test date while I was living in another city. So, I had already reserved a unit for my test in Mississauga. Actually, it cost me extra $250 to pay the cancellation fee of my reservation.2. I got 4.5 reading, 7.5 speaking, 7 listening and 6 writing. The reason of this huge gap between reading and the other parts is the test taker disability to provide me an appropriate o’clock to check my time during reading test. While I said I cannot see the clock on the wall, they said we can say you every 20 minutes that how long is left and at the end, you will have extra 15 minutes given for your disability.Actually, there were 2 test takers, first one said: when I said 40 minutes is left meaning you have 40 minutes in addition to extra 15 minutes at the end. Then he took a break. when the second test taker came, he counted the extra 15 minutes including the actual test time so he did not remind me for extra 15 minutes. Due to this mismanagement, I missed my reading while I was working on my reading 4 months and all my test scores were more than 6.Also, the second test taker broke my magnifier glass accidently during the test causing a great feeling of stress for me and it costs $100 to repair it.3. after 3 weeks of getting result on the website, I did not receive the paper result and when I asked for my paper result, they said we do not know where is that and we have post it for you. Moreover, they did not even give me tracking number. When I asked for my paper result for a second time, they said you will need to pay $25 to post it for you.

Same day all the four modules saved my time alot. Very prompt and helpfull staff.Got the results just in 3 days and picked up the trf same day as needed it for the upcoming draw.

Staff was quite calm and helpful, especially, the person who helped me throughout the test and a lady at reception was also sweet.Surrounded with postive environment and people.
