Our wedding day wouldn't have been near as perfect without Lauren & her team. Lauren is the absolute best, she was so sweet throughout the whole process and helped me keep calm (not easy for a pandemic bride)! She was so easy to communicate with and her & the team executed our wedding vision perfectly from flowers to decor and made sure we didn't worry about a single thing on the day. All our guests kept commenting on how beautiful & well-run the day was and that was all thanks to Lauren & her team, choosing to hire them was by far the best decision we made for our wedding!

We started planning our wedding late 2017 and really weren’t sure if we should hire anyone to help us on our wedding day. It took a us months to decide and we almost didn’t hire anyone until we were introduced to Lauren.From the first few conversations we could tell how much attention and passion she puts into her clients. She took the extra measure to help us find the right venue for our needs and that’s when we knew we need her!Lauren is there every step of the way. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, and what you want is someone who knows all those things you never even considered, and all the things you never planned for. She was there when we needed her, improvising and adapting to every challenge of the day. We will always be grateful for how much she helped us make our wedding everything we imagined and more.Knowing that Lauren was at the venue all day of the wedding to set up and make sure everything went perfectly with the vendors was a huge peace of mind for us. She only continued to impress us throughout the evening when it came to problem solving and attending to us.We wish her nothing but success in growing an already successful business.Any couple is lucky to have Lauren be a part of their special day.

Lauren is an amazing designer and florist, she certainly has the eye for it! I had goose bumps seeing our venue decorated and see our flowers for the first time. Simply stunning, I would highly recommend Sinclair & Co. Design.

Lauren made everything about our wedding day stress-free. As a professional, she is so kind, sweet and caring. Lauren is organized and communicated well throughout the entire experience. Lauren set up all of my decor beautifully. She made my bouquet, my bridesmaids/flower girls bouquet, mantel piece, head table piece, guest tables pieces, desert/welcome/memory table pieces into something truly beautiful.Lauren knew exactly what I visioned and made it better than I ever expected. Lauren made a vision for my sisters wedding come to life in ways beyond our wildest expectations. The floral designs she created were beautiful, unique, and really encompassed the theme we were going for. She was a tremendous help leading not only the rehearsal dinner, but coordinating two massive families on the day of the wedding to ensure everything ran on schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauren and her team (notably her team member Emma) to anyone needing a coordinator or floral design. I had a horrible experience with Lauren from Sinclair & Co. Design.I got married just this May 2023 and saw the amazing reviews for this florist in October 2023 (It was a tight timeline evidently). I'll break this review down by category:1) Unresponsive and poor communication: I reached out and she was highly unresponsive. It took about 4 weeks to get a response from her. I had to ask my wedding coordinator to reach out to her since she wasn't answering me. I could see she was posting videos and pictures on Instagram but couldn't bother to send a simple response by email just saying she received my email or set up a call at a later date.2) Unreliable / Goes back on her word: After 4 weeks she had set up a 15 min call and we discussed our vision for our wedding flowers. Since flowers are just so insanely expensive these days we mentioned that we had a specific budget we wanted to work with and in that call she said it was not a problem at all!" and could work within our budget. She said she would draft our vision in a contract and get back to us. About a month later she comes back to us saying she is unable to work in our budget. (This is now a lot of time wasted

Our experience with Sinclair & Co was amazing and Lauren was phenomenal! She did the florals for our July brunch wedding and they were nothing short of perfection. The staff at our venue and several guests said they were the most beautiful flowers they had seen at wedding - and we agree! Lauren was responsive, professional, dependable, and super in-tune with our vision for the day - I can’t recommend her and her team enough!Thanks so much, Lauren and team!

Lauren and her team were so helpful on the days leading up to /on the day of our wedding. Lauren was easy to communicate with and was a big help with setting up our wedding day-of timeline. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly.
