I have been dealing with Coastal Ford for the last several years. The service has been good. That all changed yesterday, I brought my Escape in for the usual service. What typically happens when you pick up your vehicle, the folks in service review the work that was done. Most times the work described is brief. Not yesterday, Tiffany was incredible! She explained everything in great detail. Well done Tiffany!

Big scams are happening in this place. My Ford edge was recall to change the airbag.I decided to bring it to Coastal Ford. When they returned the car to me the compass no response" sign was in the dashboard. They told me that was a "coincidence"and they didn't do anything. They charge me 157 for make a diagnostic for no compass. They told me that the antenna connection was fallen apart and were missing parts. To fix it they charge 1100 dollars. I refuse to do it. After driving for 20 minutes the compass start working perfectly. Either they have no idea what are they doing or just robbery."

Extremely disappointing service from the Coastal Ford team. I first called the dealership in early April with an issue about my rear passenger door and asked if I could come in. They bounced me around on the phone lines for 20 minutes before landing on a voice mail. I left my information and asked them to call me back for an appointment. I never received a call back.I called again on May 5 and came to the dealership and showed them the issue with my door. They assured me that the dealership could fix the issue, and ordered weatherstripping. I did not hear back from the dealer, so I called back May 31 to be informed that an appointment had been booked without talking to me, for a day I was out of town. I got the appointment rescheduled to June 6, and I dropped my car off. I received a call that the car was ready for pick up the same day I dropped it off.I went back to the dealership on June 7 to pick it up, and they had not done any of the work we had discussed. Not only did they replace the weather stripping on the front passenger door instead of the rear passenger door (the door with the issue), the team told me that the issue was never going to be able to be solved at the dealer.I felt that the manager and the service employees spoke to me in a condescending and apathetic manner the entire interaction, despite providing me with false information about what services the dealer could provide, whether or not the repair was under warranty, and wasted my time and energy by providing no support to resolve my issue.The dealer was unable to communicate with me in timely manner about repairing my vehicle, repaired the incorrect door once they had my vehicle, provided untrue statements about what the dealer was able to repair on my car, and were wholly unhelpful in providing another solution for me once I pointed out that the service was not what I had discussed.

Absolutely frustrated with costal ford a recalled part on my car broke April 7th, 2022 and it took to July 2023 to contact me that it's been fixed. Went in numerous times and was given stories of supply chain impacts and nothing they can do.Was without my vehicle for 1 year and 3 months and when it was finally repaired they're now asking me to pay to get a new battery that died while they had my car in an unusable state.We were understand and reasonable more than we should have been. No one here wants to help and they actively have ghosted recent inquiries into when things would be fixed.Would actively suggest you go anywhere else for your cars and servicing. Coastal ford doesn't care about your situation and will do less than nothing to help you if you have a problem of their own companies doing.
