There's a stereotype that real estate agents are used car salesman, but only 10x worse. Faith Wilson delivered on that and exceeded all of my wildest expectations. Between her many overly priced unsold listings that just sit and sit and sit on the market , and her inability to promptly respond to emails (I emailed her team once two years ago as I was looking for an agent, and her minion Boris Lee couldnt even bother to respond to me in a timely manner), I can't think of a worse person to represent any buyers or sellers.Just when I thought they can't do any worse, she found another way to blow past all of my expectations. We actually looked at one of her listings (which unsurprisingly sat on the market like usual) at 3257 W 2ND Avenue.
