I don't come here too often. Staff is often not too pleasant. Probably not their fault, but since I am still a paying customer, I prefer dealing with nice employees.

Drive through is not working well and staff wont let you finish giving order before trying to grt you to leave. Wont be going here agian.

This Tim Hortons is a popular lunch spot for teens from the nearby catholic high-school. It gets super busy around lunch time because of this, make sure to visit before noon or after 1 for the best experience.The staff are very friendly and some have even remembered me and been especially helpful.I do occasionally have trouble getting a consistently good Iced Cap, but all in all, it's good.Their Drivethru is a little cramped and connected to a particularly busy intersection, as well as connected to a Car Dealership so there's alot of traffic from a variety of directions. I've had no issues as a walking pedestrian accessing this location.The inside is actually very cozy, a good atmosphere. I've seen plenty of people sit here to work or read while they eat.

I go through the drive thru every morning and I have to say Jody Rachelle and Sammi make my morning. They always remember my order and my name they go above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing service

Messed up my drink order at the drive thru. But the lady handing me the order was the most pleasant Tim Hortons employee I've ever encountered. She agreed that my iced coffee didn't look right (looked like just milk). Patiently took the time to get it just right even though it was holding up the line. Wish I got her name, was the morning of May 3rd around 10 am.

The manager that was working today Nov 27 2022 is very incompetent. Doesn't take the job seriously. I had to go in twice to get them to give me the correct order. Shouldn't be this hard as the place was not busy and more than enough workers, who has a laissez faire work habits.Today was the 4th time they got my order wrong. Bad customer service constantly. There are other Tim Hortons in the area where you get better customer service and get yoir order done right!

Good customer service. The app has decent deals. This location was adhering to Covid health protocols.Clean. Good coffee. Great donut shop for the whole family.

I absolutely love the service and food! The deli person, Taghreed makes the best meals! And the manager, Richard keeps the place working hard with great service. I would definitely Recommend this place!

They need to adjust their hours online -- they close in-store dining/lobby at 10pm, so you cant sit down, have a late night coffee. They keep drive-thru open til 11pm only.

Very dirty, the floors and bathrooms. The workers were young kids having fun and not to helpful with customers. Not impressed.
