The woman who owns this branch, is the nicest and kindest person that I have met. She makes the most fresh and tasty bubble teas. She is very welcoming and you will feel at home when she is around.

Tried to order bubble tea, no option to have it not sweet, and was told that they don't have pearls. What's a bubble tea without pearls?

My six year old daughter drank the plastic thing in the picture from the vanilla ice cream pearl milk tea. this is Extremely disgusting！when i returned back to ask the staff，they did not feel sorry about it，and the attitude was very bad，they didn't admit it was their mistake to mixed other things into the milk tea ！！（My daughter reminds me that this maybe from the ice cream bucket）！！

Store was tidy, employee was friendly. The drink on the other hand was, in my opinion, too sugary. I ordered fresh fruit bubble tea and could only barely smell but not taste the fruit beyond the sugar added. Need to re-visit to test if it was a fluke" or not."

Bad service. Staff are not on the same page. I asked for bubble tea, the cashier said they are out of bubbles, after we paid, 5 customers after us got their drinks before ours started to get made. While our drinks were finally being made they asked if we wanted bubbles in our drink. The lady making the drink was fantastic and was working hard and appreciated her efforts. Bubble tea wasn't the best tasting but their smoothies are great. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a good buuble tea drink. Heads up!

Amazing mocha bubble milk tea.Super sweet and humble lady.My friend grabbed the strawberry banana smoothie it was okay nothing great. But got free boba pearls.

Didn’t taste right, almost like the fruit used was unripe or rotten. Had to throw it out after a single sip, and they have a no refund policy. No wonder they aren’t in the food court.

Simply not very good. The tea has no flavour… but I respect the fact this is an option outside of the busy food court.
