Excellent service from Dr. Shahzad, is our GP. Easily reachable in person or through telephone. Very patient to answer all our questions and gives the best service for the illness. The Clinic manager Amber Hamid is very humble and polite, treats everyone with lots off respect. Amid, answers the calls every time and books the appointment as per the request at the earliest. The facility also offers sample collection, no need to run here and there to give your samples. I strongly recommend the facility.

This is the worst clinic I have ever seen. The Dr can prescribe you while you are in the parking lot even before seeing you, always in super hurry and has no intention whatsoever to be attentive or even to listen to her patients. Please go somewhere else if you are the patient and reading this. I bet that any other clinic can not be worse than this. Your reports will be misplaced and forget about getting any update on your tests.

Not best standards or receptionists. Rooms are rarely cleaned between patients.(i will post photos over the last few visits of an unclean room EVERYTIME.... somehow my photos have been removed ) Wait times are rediculous, half the time they dont even keep people in first come order. Dont bother with appointments either because you wont be let in a room at that time. Female doctor was very harsh on my genitals and when i informed her all she could say was that doesnt hurt" ......... i almost felt abused by another female due to her aggressiveness. The ONLY reason i come here is for dr. Kapoor. He is kind

One of the worst hospitals. They took blood tests from me twice, because the first ones were simply not found. Dr. Karina Shahzad is a disgusting, rude person who wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Terrible hospital, don't go here.

Dr Kapoor was used to be my family doctor until I said some pretty crappie things to him during a very low point in my life. Since then he has been very kind and has seen me as a walk in patient at least a half dozen times. He doesn't even mention the Incident " that caused the problem in the first place and he always seems to be genuinely happy to see me when I go to the clinic. In the 5 or 6 years I've been seeing him as a patient he has always been kind and very thoughtful about my treatments. I have never been rushed out of the exam room nor have I EVER been over or under prescribed medication for any reason. I don't believe anyone who says he treated them with anything other than kindness or compassion because as I said before...I tested the limits of his patience with some pretty ugly stuff and he didn't loose his cool with me ....not even for a second.I think he's a good man and a good doctor

This Dr. Karina Shahzad is some nonsensical person who comes off as too rude.Visited her and paid her a lot of money for a service. She came into the room with a zombie dead face, signed a form, didn't want us to talk, didn't wanna listen, kept rudely interrupting us AND told us I have no time. I'm running late. Come another day."This lady couldn't even spare us proper 10 minutes of her time. I wish these reviews had a zero star option."

Worst clinic I have ever been to and honestly so unlucky to have Dr. Shehzad as a family doctor. She is always in a hurry and won’t even examine you properly.Her staff is even worse , they will never answer the phone or reply to any messages . Their clinic timings would say open from 9am- 3pm and when you reach the clinic they would say oh we had to close early today at 1pm. It’s honestly a nightmare .

I was referred to Dr. SHAZAD and I was extremely disappointed with her service. She rushes you and she does not give you the time you need. Her answer to my problems is shoving more and more medication when it is not needed. I do not recommend her services. Also they do not clean there offices, very dirty and no sanitizing. Disgusting

This clinic is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. They never attend calls unless you use private number. They don’t check patients properly and check in a rush. I have eye pain for a year and have not been referred to a proper doctor by them. Dr. Kapoor is the only good doctor present but the reception staff does not accommodate anything, does not even send me the referral the doctor wrote me and NEVER Picks phone. Please don’t waste your time at this clinic.
