I had shopped around for carpets and laminate and got quotes which were all over the place price wise from a few shops. Then I went to Edinburgh Carpet Warehouse and it was very clear from that point that I wouldn't be giving my business to any other company. From the very friendly staff to the selection of products to the price, Edinburgh Carpet Warehouse is the best for flooring. Fitters were super nice and friendly as well. Best experience by far!

Absolutely fantastic service from Scott. Quality flooring, really good pricing and great advice. Extremely helpful, quick at arranging visit to measure and fit. I previously visited Carpetright and was disgusted - their contractor who came out to measure was rude, he wouldnt event tell me the size of the rooms, said it was against 'company policy'. Insisted we need new underlay and was borderline aggressive. Dont waste your time at Carpetright - go to Edinburgh Carpet & Flooring in Dunfermline - much more honest and professional.

We recently used Edinburgh Carpet Warehouse in Dunfermline to buy 5 carpet and some laminate flooring we also got them all fitted. We dealt with Tracy who was very professional and helpful, advising us on the correct carpets to chose for each room. We love the quality of the carpets they look amazing. Delivery and fitting was effortless, came home from work to perfectly fitted carpets. Would highly recommend, great service from start to finish, we will be back again soon ⭐️.

Nice and easy to buy from, the problems start when you need to get anything fitted.Waited in all day Saturday for them to turn up only for 2 guys to turn up at 6pm, moan about the carpet still being down and that they were doing the firm a favour" by coming out only to tell me that they didn't have time to do the job.Booked in for the following Thursday. Again took day off for them to turn up. They wandered in at 7 o'clock

fantastic selection of carpets at great prices, staff are amazingly helpful, I managed to match a carpet to my new wallpaper and suite using samples. This is the 2nd time we have bought from this company and recommend highly!
