I can't rave enough about this building! Not only are the staff amazing and helpful but the residents are also wonderful as well. The building is always kept so clean and the amenities are like none other. It's also a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the subway.Special shoutout to Krystle who helped with the leasing process - she really advocated for us and was so on top of our application. Krystle, you're the best! Thank you!

My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience at 18 Erskine. Our move in was seamless, the unit was spotlessly clean and the staff have been amazing. The amenities in the building are top notch as well. A special shout out to Shan, Chrystal and Rebekah who have always been friendly and welcoming and do a fantastic job of representing KG Group.

We’ve been living here for a month now and we’ve been very impressed with the building and the management. The leasing partner Samuel was so genuine and professional and we really liked working with him. The unit we moved in was cleaned thoroughly before our move-in and so far we haven’t faced any issue. The gym is state of the art and people here are very friendly as well. There are lots of pets in the building and they bring so much joy and positivity. The surrounding area is full of popular restaurants, grocery stores and there are two farmer markets located at a walking distance for fresh produce. Its a 8 min lovely walk from the subway station and the best part is an amazing view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

This apartment building is the best that I saw.I am very glad to live hereIncredible place near to subway station, supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants. Building have great amenities, the pool is very nice and clean, gym and yoga's room are well equipped.They provide free Zumba classes every Saturday.Units have modern household appliances. Washing machine and drying machine are in Suit , wich is awesome for apartment building.Thanks all the workers in this building for nice and quick responses for any questions.

We recently had the pleasure of moving in an exceptional apartment suite, having an overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment we stepped foot into this remarkable building, we were captivated by its impressive design, attention to detail, and amenities, the building has a great co-work area and a fully equipped gym. The staff in this building truly goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, from the leasing partner Krystle Berry who was very professional and made our process smooth and easy as possible, to the maintenance team like Tarek and Aleks who are super efficient and helpful, also the concierge staff like Rebekah and Priyanshi which are great and very helpful always, and Guadalupe who keeps all the common areas super clean, everyone we have interacted are courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to creating a pleasant living experience and making us feel valued and well-cared for.We highly recommend this building to anyone in search of a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

We've been living here for almost 2 months now, and so far, so good. The building itself is good, and the amenities are kept neat and clean. The apartment is nice as well, not as new as we would expect for the price point, but nothing dramatic. If anything requires fixing or attention, the management reacts quite quickly. The building is non-smoking, but there have been some incidents of smoking on the balcony and cigarette butts falling down. But the management doesn't ignore this fact and keeps investigating and doing stuff to fix it (there has not been any of this in the past 2 weeks).Not building itself related, but we are facing south-west, and the construction on Yonge has been quite loud lately. It usually starts at 8–9 a.m. and ends around 4-5 p.m. It is definitely impossible to sit with open windows, but with closed ones, it is somewhat manageable but still annoying.Overall, a good building. Are there any better apartment buildings in Midtown? Probably, but this one had the biggest 2-bedroom apartment for the same price range, so I would recommend it for this.

We’ve been living here for two months now and are overall very happy with the building and management. Anything that needs fixing in your apartment gets done on the same day you submit your request and all amenities are taken care of regularly. We did have some initial issues with management regarding our parking space and locker so communication within management needs improvement.
