The staff (Craig) took the time to teach me how to ensure my issues with my back don't return after our sessions concluded. I am extremely happy and grateful for the service provided.

My knee flared up again so I figured I’d put in my honest experience that I had when I went initially.I want to get it out there and say that my experiences with Dr. Gregg senior were excellent, which prompted me to return when I blew my knee out.I booked in and was hoping to get dr. Gregg sr., but unfortunately got jr. (Jamie).So I was playing badminton, and have a history of bad knees but nothing that ever gave me issues. I jumped to hit a smash and landed on my knee funny and apparently had a subLuxation.I told Jamie that I dislocated my knee and was sharply corrected—not what you expect since doctors should know people aren’t experts, but no big deal. Then after doing the exam he was not able to find anything wrong with it despite the fact I was unable to traverse stairs without a crutch for thr first time in my life after being historically healthy. This went on for at least 1-2 weeks so I went in.After finding nothing Jamie gave it the ol’ wait and see diagnosis which is fine if you have better things to do in your day. I asked if there is anything else that we could do like an ultrasound. To which he replied “an ultrasound?! Why would you get an ultrasound?” Not know I would have to become a medical expert I returned “I don’t know—what else would you get”. He later changed his tone and said that I could get an MRI but those are 800 as if I appeared as though I couldn’t afford it. A person goes to the doctor for advice and action plans, not to leverage of public health care.Anyway the point is this: I had a great experience with Dr. Gregg Sr. And that’s why I returned, but the version 2.0 is unfortunately arrogant and elitist.Make sure to know which Gregg you will get, and potentially be ready to defend your questions as you can get into it.

They got me in fast help me out with all my problems with my pain and I've been waiting over 3 years to find a doctor that could help me like these guys so thank you very much I appreciate you. Please start taking Canada cash

Giving this low rating is tough, especially after many years coming here for treatment for many issues. This clinic was superb, and the therapists are still AMAZING at their jobs! HOWEVER there's been drastic turnover recently in the front staff professionalism. Every time I call to book an appointment, I'm on hold at least 10 minutes or forced to try again a few times. Then when I do get thru, they are either rude or hard to understand due to language troubles. If it wasn't for the phenomenal therapist Ola, who knows my current issue, I'd sadly leave this clinic I've spoken so highly of for 15+ years!

I have been seeing Jason as my Physiotherapist for about 2 years now. Jason always listens to how I’m feeling and what I think I might need. Then he takes this information into consideration when treating me. He will always go the extra mile if time allows! I highly recommend Lifemark Physio and their staff, especially Jason. Thanks for everything!

I had a few treatments, and the front staff had some language barriers, especially on phone,once you got past this, it was like any other physio the gentleman I saw was knowledgeable and explained thoroughly.I was pleased ty.

I have been going to this wonderful clinic for many years now. My most recent series of treatments were for injuries sustained in a vehicle accident. I worked with Meaghan, who I cannot speak highly enough of! She taught me exercises, etc. that were real game changers in the quality of my life. They always exceed my expectations here! Highly recommended!

Been coming here for a few years now. 2 bad knees from playing hockey and abuse throughout the years. Dr. Randy Gregg (yes the ex Oiler) is awesome! He’s very thorough and understanding and explains everything so you understand what’s going on. Great place great staff.

Tore my Achilles Tendon Last October.Went to at least 4 different places and was referred to Dr. Gregg. Can't say how thankful I am to be directed to this facility as they have been extremely amazing throughout and during my road to recovery journey. Hats off to Dr. Gregg and the team. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Cregg really knows anatomy and physiology. My whole family has benefitted from the rehab we have received here. From my wife's workplace accident, to getting my daughter back onto the world stage for competitive Cheer, my son's torn ACL on the slopes, and my two surgeries.
