She also happened to be the person who checked me in and was very welcoming!This was my first time getting any type of treatment and I was extremely nervous. I went to Urban Beauty Bar to try microneedling for the first time. Everyone was so nice, explained the procedure to me, and even texted me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I definitely recommend them and will be going back!

First time using their services in a series of treatments currently booked. Their customer service is good and Erika who did my treatment was very knowledgeable in the treatment I had done. I won’t see the results until further treatments are performed but so far it has gone well.

They are super organized, super efficient super approachable super kind! It’s a beautiful facility. Highly hygienic lovely Lindt chocolate! It was great to mellow out on a hot bed, watch Harry and Kate, while I waited for a numbing to kick in and then the lovely grounding and breathing support and authentic conversation throughout highly recommend this facility!

I had the most incredible session for Morpheus8 at Urban Beauty Bar! The girls take such great care of you! The clinic is so beautiful, clean, smells amazing, and is so comfortable for when you are getting prepped for a treatment! My session with Nadia was great! For a minimally invasive treatment, she kept me informed, calm, and taken care of! I love the Alumier product they applied to my skin post treatment. I was so happy to be given post treatment instructions and I was booked in for my second treatment of 3 a few weeks from now. Im so looking forward to coming back to continue my Morpheus 8 journey and see all the friendly staff! 12/10 would recommend you booking in for a treatment at Urban Beauty Bar!!

Within 7 days of my combined microneedling/IPL treatment, my face was glowing. I responded really well to the IPL and the difference in my skin was shocking to me. I no longer have to wear makeup to hide my skin or even out the colour. So happy. I also really love the Alumiers products they sell. They feel clean and have a nice scent that is not overpowering or noxious - I'm sensitive to scents and often end up with a headache with other brands I've tried in the past. Erika is very knowledgeable and listens to what i feel my needs are. she's even helped me set my tweens on the right path for good skin care. All the staff i have interacted with have been so nice and welcoming. I can't recomnend them enough.

I have been a client of Urban Beauty Bar for many years and have always had wonderful experiences. The spa is so beautiful and inviting, it calms me the minute I walk into the waiting area. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures and the products. Recently I have tried Evolve with Rebecca and Jessica who are amazing and so easy to talk to. The time just flies. They always have great promotions running many times a year too! I highly recommend UBB.
