I am very disappointed with the lack of care this company takes in making their buildings healthy and safe for the tenants to live in. My daughters unit has black mold and the I have sent many emails and phone calls asking for the issue to be taken care of. I get no response. I wonder if the black mold was in their own homes if they would take more of an interest? Most likely they would, but because this is low income housing people, then it can wait. Shame on you!

Low income apartments. Attracts all sorts of styles of life's. Good location. Just interesting situations occur.

This landlord has no people skills and does not answer his phone calls regarding a problem.....would not recommend this company......he just came today and removed items from on our patio without permission...that is THEFT.......will be filing a complaint

This building needs more parking spaces.

No landlord on-site. Decent behaving tenants are left at mercy of few out of control ones. There are 7 street lights on property but for a year only 1 works. Very unsafe at night when druggies are coming and going non stop. Multiple complaints about this and other issues at the property management office had no results. You can instead be told if you don't like it

The owners Chris and Rochelle are very unprofessional. They do not respect tenancy rights whatsoever. Chris is incompetent to say the least. I have been dealing with many issues in my unit with no real help from them. They prefer to poison the minds of the people they hire to do repairs. Thus creating animosity before there is any interaction. Rob Howey was one of those people. LTB complaints filed soon.

Fantastic no frills company that are very responsive to requests and inquiries. We have had great experience with the owners.

I'm grateful for the staff and owners hard work making me feel safe and comfortable at my home. Not only has it gotten much quieter and safer over the past summer especially since those responsible have made it so, I'm so grateful for how quickly any complaint I've had has been dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. I've had to call the police a few times because of noise after the time exceeded the bylaw and interrupted my sleep, which like many living in the complex need for health reasons. The police came so quick and dealt with the situation right away a few times and the noise was immediately stopped. I've experienced a really quiet summer with one phone call and I'm grateful to the owners, staff, and police who truly do care. I've no issues with the rules and find them fair.
