Joel was friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed for the entire inspection and he took his time showing me where everything was, how it all worked, areas of concern and things to keep an eye out for. He walked me through our right of way items, our hot water tank, our furnace, our electrical stuff, the humidifier, the foundation… and so much more! I found Joel to be quite thorough and I enjoyed the few hours I spent with him learning about my new home! Going into it, I was warned that I might feel as though the inspection was a waste of time/money as it’s a townhouse, so there’s not a lot to inspect in terms of the exterior, but I felt the process was a necessary and incredibly informative part of our purchase and am so happy to have had it done! Joel was our inspector, he did an amazing job and was very accommodating. We were both sick at the time so we were not able to be present during the inspection but he was willing to do the inspection over Zoom. He was very thorough, explaining in detail and was open to any questions. He even insisted to give him a call in the future for any additional questions.
