Staff is so rude I went there for buy a ICe staff told me pay first then took ice .. he is also outside I told him I will bring ice inside and scan it .. he deined .. then I went to petro there staff is soo friendly ..they told me bring ice and pay inside ... poor service by Mr singh..I am Beaumont resident I will never go back to esso..

Save yourself a headache and dont use the drive-thru. There is only one employee who actually listens and let's you finish your order before cutting you off, thanks Bernie. Today I was cut off when placing my order and then when I got to the window I added to my order and was told to hurry up". They can be rude and treat customers lime they are an inconvenience. Not a great way to get repeat customers"
