Short version:Pride of craftsmanship, obsessed with getting it right, good value, timely and courteous.Long version:Our project was large and a bit of an overwhelming undertaking. We spoke to a few contractors and companies. From the start, Reggie at Fix-Rite was on time with appointments and quotes. Others were delayed and missed appointments. When doing our research, we asked for references and sites to visit. The work looked great and the home owners were happy with his work so we felt confident to choose Fix-Rite. Once we signed the contract and agreed on a starting date, he was here on that date and every day until the project was finished. I was surprised that his crew were equally obsessed with getting the work level, straight and sturdy. Reggie was flexible and courteous with our adhoc requests. They took pride in their work and cleaned up daily before they left. He communicated regularly with us and discussed risks, suggestions and next steps. We are amazed at the transformation of our backyard. Our neighbours are impressed too and have complimented the work done.We would highly recommend Reggie and his crew at Fix-Rite.
