I wanted to show some great feedback to the overnight crew and Maulik. They were so positive and fast. It really made the start of my 6am commute so wonderful and set me up for a great and motivating day. Thank you crew for your positivity and great work it was infectious.

Worst McDonald ever!! So slow and never gets your order right. Would be quicker and less irritating to drive to another location in Guelph.

Never in my life have I ever had to wait for eggs to be made. It was 5:30 am, eggs should be ready to go with people needing to get to work on time. Grabbed my coffee but had to leave my food because I couldn’t wait for the eggs or I would be late. I guess fast food is a thing of the past.

Tried their Mac Crispy, fries, and double ham burger. Personally I liked double hamburger most. The price is really affordable.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, the service is horrible, our order is always wrong up and we get “parked” for every single order no matter what it is. I’ve been parked for two coffees before. This place needs either new management or better workers because the way is being ran is ridiculous. Service would be 0 stars if that was possible.

Some of the staff are great. However, I give this store a 1 star review because if you are a delivery driver, you are the lowest priority and receive the most attitude from employees. If you are that miserable, then maybe customer service jobs aren't for you. People seem to forget that we are human too. And we bring you a lot of service. I write this after numerous bad experiences from this store. Unproffessional workers is an understatement!

Amazing experience inside, they are fast, friendly and food was the saviour after 12 hours shift. Everybody was working with celebration and guy named maulik(if I’m not wrong) was cheering up staff. No matter how busy they were but he made sure fun environment. Not everyone can do that in my opinion as worker. I can say that I will be a regular customer at this location.

Always have to wait when I order here, and they can't seem to get my child's Happy meal correct. Staff always look like they're dancing around each other and or there's too many of them there. hopefully wants to construction is done. It will be a much smoother transition inside and for the staff.

This locations is by far the worst in Guelph. The lobby is always filthy with tables covered in old food and empty trays, the floors are almost never mopped and are dangerous to walk on. Staff are rude and try to avoid serving you on the front counter and and overall don’t seem like they are being trained properly by management who are also pretty useless. If you want good service go to Woodlawn or Gordon, those stores know what they’re doing when it comes to customer service!

I understand sometimes stuff breaks or you run out of things, but I believe delivery tablets allow you to remove items for temporary periods when they're not available. If possible and in the future I'd recommend training staff on this as I'm ngl, I was very sad when I got my order.Two ppl called into my work tomorrow and my treat myself to two apple pies, a Mcflurry and chicken nuggets night turned into you got the chicken nuggets but heres two random muffins and a sprite? Twas disappointing and now I must go through the app for the return and I can only get credits. It's hard for customers to live, laugh, love, in these conditions.
