This place is nice, clean and warm. The staff is very friendly and the massage is great. However, as many places in Québec the tips become a must, no matter how much you paid for the service. I may look as a Scrooge, but the real ones are those who do not pay them employees and just promise them big tips.

I’ve been coming to spa zen for at least 10 years. A situation happened at the spa during my last facial appointment that disrupted the whole session. The lady kept going in and out of the room the whole time and the noise out there was inimaginable. I’ve had that same treatment before so I know that they didn’t give me the full treatment. No face massage and never even touched my neck etc. They apologized for the disruption but made me pay the full amount. They could have gave me some kind of compensation but no nothing. Very disappointing don’t think I’ll go back cause these treatments are not cheap and I expect to have the service for which I paid for.

Amazing staff!!! Very nice and friendly. The massages were amazing and very inexpensive compared to other places! Did a 90 minute couples massage with my wife in the same room. Deep tissue for me, pre natal for her. Will definitely come back!

Did the 75 minute full body massage. It was very good and helped my soreness after Jiu Jitsu classes.
