Edward helped me find a great pair of boots on the truck today. He gave me several nice pairs of shoes to try on until I found the right pair.He was very friendly and professional, and just made the entire experience enjoyable.

Great service. A lady assisted me, I never noticed her name but she was extremely helpful. She went above what I expected and its nice to see. Great store for your work apparel.

Never ever in my life will I ever shop there again. Some of the employees are thieves and the manager was just as bad. My husband had a 100.00 visa card taken from and was told it approved for payment and it didn't so the sales person Kept the unused visa card. was told by manager that it was my husbands fault. Extremely poor customer service. Would not shop there again if they were the last place in Halifax dartmouth to buy work boots. I would travel out of provine before i would shop there again

Absolutely agreed with previous review - if I could give them less than one star I would! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I was the only customer when I arrived and came there not to browse, I came with a specific request. I could not believe that a customer could be treated like I was treated - unwelcomed, not interested to help and irritated when asked to assist me with finding the right size. And thank you for wishing me luck finding cargo pants - I did at another business in Burnside with absolutely amazing customer service. You are privileged to be able to run the business during this pandemic and if you are not comfortable to assist public there are options available. My poor experience was not about maintaining distance, or not following protocol, I was the only customer in the store. This was just pure rudeness.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The most negative experience I have ever had in a store. The help was non existant and I've never felt so unwelcome at a business. I left here and went up the road to the competition, got great customer service and happily bought a 250$ pair of work boots. I will never go back to Work Authority and am telling everyone I work with my experience at this store.

I recently went to Work Authority and had a great experience with their staff. Dylan and Ashley were very nice and helpful. I was worried about staying within my budget and not having enough time to shop, but Dylan made it easy for me.

Mobile Service - Excellent!In the past 2 years with a pandemic I have found alternatives to going to stores. Work Authority.ca offers this service. Our Rep Edward Leblanc is FANTASTIC! His customer service is wonderful, he is knowledgeable about the products and customer needs. Thought they were a great fit; Sadly the materials wore out faster than expected. I contacted our Rep. Edward Leblanc. Edward was there an ready in Minuets to find a solution to the issue(literally he was here within the hour). It has been a wonderful experience dealing with him, and work authority.

Picked up a pair of boots from Edward on one of the mobile units. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Made sure I had a comfortable fit and was on my way in no time.Thanks for your service!

Bought a pair of work boots 15 days over the so called warranty and they wouldn't do anything...very poor service

Excellent customer service. I understand there’s been some bad reviews lately but they must be trying to turn things around because both of the staff we dealt with this weekend were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back next time we need workwear.
