Lock Doctor returned my call in a timely fashion via text. He was unsure of being able to help me today, he requested a picture of the lock and he responded that he would be there within 3 hours. He is very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. Thank you very much Craig:)

Craig was an absolute life saver this morning for me. No locksmith would come to the valley, or had no idea what to do. My car ignition was completely frozen and locked and I couldn’t put my key in the ignition, couldn’t put it neutral to even move it anywhere. Mechanics told me to call a locksmith, and locksmiths told me to call mechanics. Until I text Craig and within minutes had answers. He gave me perfect advice over the phone at no charge and I ended up getting my car started. Definitely call him!!!!

Where do I start.. first off I would love to say thanks to Craig! He got me out of a very difficult and costly situation.My ignition on my truck became jammed and no one in Sudbury would take the chance, only the dealer. But with this option I would have needed my truck dragged onto a tow truck (with the possibility of damaging my truck) and towed to the dealer. Not only did he save me a costly tow call and dealer rates, he came to my house and was able to get me up in running under 30 minutes.He’s very professional, formal, and encouraging. He walked me step by step to try and repair it my self but was unsuccessful.His price was more than fair, and saved me thousands of dollars as the dealer wanted to drill my lock out with the possibility of more damage.
