Really happy with my new custom closet. Design appointment was great. Designer took the time to walk me through my options and assist in selecting best option for my needs. Installation was booked in quick turnaround. Installation crew was professional, very pleasant and worked efficiently. We are so impressed with our closet make overs from beginning to end, both affordable with financing options and great quality. Setting up an appointment for a design consult was fast and easy. The designer Georgia, was friendly, efficient and accurate in designing and measuring the closest - she’s the best! Install day was a breeze, in and out with no mess left behind. We were so happy with our master closet we set up an appointment to do the rest of the closets in our home. Highly recommend !!!

We have used Closets by Design in our last two homes, the services they provide are excellent, from Sara who helped us through the design process to the installers Joren and Lance.The installation of our pantry, walk-in closet and 2 reach-in closets was completed to our total satisfaction, Joren and Lance were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

Had a great experience with a walk-in closet install from Closets by Design. The two installers Jeremy and Brandon were great. They were very professional and you could tell that they took pride in their work. They were careful, tidy and answered all the questions I had regarding the install. The best company I have come across for custom closets. Sara from Closets by Design was extremely professional and organized. She helped us customize our closets to ensure maximum space utilisation within a matter of 30-45 mins. She gave us lots of great ideas and her work was very detailed. On the day of installation, the work was done perfectly and completed in couple of hours. The measurements taken by Sara were perfect. This is the second time that I have engaged Sara for closets. Loved everything and I highly recommend Sara and Closets by Design!!!

Right from the first consultation, our experience with Closets by Design was fantastic. They helped walk us through options that fit our space and budget, and were able to install closets in two bedrooms with very fast turn around. The installer was very nice, clean, and super efficient and finished the installation of both in one day. The quality of the closets is amazing, both in the actual products and hardware as well as the workmanship of the install - lines are clean and plumb, and trim was installed perfectly making the closets look like they were always there, negotiating the semi-sloping floors we have in one room in our older home really well. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Closets by Design came highly recommended and we will do the same! Thank you!

Sara designed an incredibly beautiful mudroom for us. Before installation we were confused by the drawing and went to see her for reassurance. The entire process was made so easy. The results are nicer than we anticipated. We decided we would prefer doors over the cubbies and they will return to do it without charge. The design and quality of workmanship and installation, despite that the floor is not flat, is top notch. We are thrilled with the results. Closet Design was also cheaper than three other quotes we received. We recommend them without any hesitation. The follow up care to ensure it was all done to our satisfaction was terrific.
