Haddon Hall

Had two appointments where they took the same information and they didn't follow up for visits. Wasted my time.

Had such high hopes for this appartement. Turns out tap water in the whole block is filthy, the super's passive aggressiveness is nerve wracking and defective heating system got me and my roommates sick like no other appartement in Montreal. Don't let the free first month fool you and keep looking

Lovely building but home to the most stuck up neighbours I’ve ever encountered.

The team organized a wonderful Christmas get together this year. What a wonderful event it was - So many residents showed up, giving us an opportunity to meet a lot of people. The event was very organized and fun to attend. Well done. The management team at Haddon Hall is one of the best we have ever encountered. They care about the tenants, this is a perfect example.

I was living here for 1 year. Very peaceful, clean and secure place. Highly recommend!I really liked their high ceelings :) and modern kitchen with new equipment. Also, I should say that people living at Haddon Hall are very friendly.I want to say THANK YOU for that year to Carmen and her amazing team. They are always ready to help if any issues or questions. That is so important!Carmen and absolutely every member of her team are very client-oriented. They do their best to make living at Haddon Hall really pleasant experience.Thank you for all your work!

Beautiful architecture

If you're looking for an apartment in downtown Montreal, I highly recommend Haddon Hall! It's a beautiful, renovated character building in a great location. It's like living in a piece of history but with all the benefits of modern living, including new kitchens, appliances etc. But what I am most impressed with is their property management team! When after a couple of years, I decided to move to a different suite within the building; they were extremely accommodating and made the move so easy and stress-free. Their overall communication, attention to detail, and genuine interest in residents' well-being set them apart.I'm also continually impressed by how clean and well-maintained the building is. It's a testament to their hard work and dedication!
