Bought my first pre owned vehicle here. Overall the buying experience was OK and the staff was nice. However the vehicle I had started having problems pretty quickly. It was a 2013 BMW and it needed fixes in a few months after purchase.Nothing was covered by the showroom and service so I ended up paying more than a 1000 dollars for basic stuff like Block heaters and phone charging ports.They didnt even have winter tires or any tie up with someone who could help me.These things ought to have been checked before selling the car. I was new to the country so didnt know a lot of things that I know now.All in all, I am not saying its a bad showroom. I guess it was just my experience that wasnt great.

Tara at the Collision Centre was absolutely wonderful. She provided an incredibly high level of service and understanding when my truck needed to be in for a week. She ensured that I had the right rental vehicle to accommodate my 3 kids, and ensured that we were 100 percent satisfied when a part was delayed due to Covid. Well done Team Murray!

We purchased our Chevroket Traverse 2020 brand new from them . I go there for all of my car needs. For sure, when I want to trade my car to a new ride, I will go there again. I change oil in their fast line. It is great, good price , fast and friendly people.

TLDR; They took 2 hours to do the car health check and oil change service. If I don't go to ask them by myself whether the service is done, they will forever let me wait for my car.I went here to have my car health check and oil change. I was expecting about 40 to 50 minutes for the service done, but they told me it takes 90 minutes to do it since they are at lunch time (I made an appointment for this service two weeks ahead, I don't know why they allow customers to make appointment for 1 pm if it is their lunch time). 90 minutes is too long, so I decided to walk around nearby places as the weather is pretty nice, and they told me they will call me as long as the service is done. Then 90 minutes passed, I did not receive any call, and I already went back to the dealer, I decided to wait a little bit more, maybe they are busy. 30 minutes passed, I still didn't get a phone call or any kind of prompt that my car service is done. I can't wait anymore, I went to ask them, and I found they are not busy at all. They say my car service is already done (yeah, they then never prompted me). I asked them when was it done, they told me 10 minutes ago, so it is 120 minutes - 10 minutes = 110 minutes to do the car service. I think if I didn't go ask them by myself, they will let me wait for my car forever. Either they lied to me (service was done in 50 minutes, but they just didn't call me) or they really took 2 hours to do the car service, it is really unacceptable. This day was my only off-work day for that week; I have lots of things to do, but they just wasted my 2 hours. They definitely does not value customers time. This happed to me, means will happed to you one day. Welcome to spend more than 2 hours to have some basic stuff done here.

The service I received was excellent. The Service Representative went out of her way to rectify my tire problem. She arranged for transport back to my residence and within a couple of hours I received a call that my vehicle was ready and I would be picked up. The service department was great. Thank you.

Go here to buy your first car !!!! BUT never go back after that, they only care about your money. Staff have terrible customer service and communication. They’ve had my car for a month, I’ve called them more than once a week and they still haven’t told me what they are fixing. Everytime I call the mechanic he is either busy or has no idea what’s going on, literally told me he has no idea what still needs to be done to my car….. as it was hanging over his head. Absolute joke of a dealership.

I strongly recommend this body shop.I am happy with the service I got from here. Everything is perfect for me. I had rides everytime I drop off and pick up my car. The employees are polite and helpful. I tried many body shops before, but no one made me happy like this. I will absolutely come back here in the future.

Great service. Always explain options clearly. Everyone is friendly and professional, from the service advisor to the fellow who brings your car around when it's time to go home. The Uber service makes getting back to work after dropping off the car super easy. Have been going there for years. Highly recommend.
