3 appointments, 3 no shows, never a call back. I would let the fresh Ottawa Valley air flow through my windows before I ever called these people to put glass in them. Don't let them waste your time.

Got a windshield made here, I loaded up my machine and drove it down there after calling and confirming when I got there they had all left for the day. They cut the window the wrong size and I had to take it back a second time the old woman who works the front desk is terribly ignorant to customers I wouldn't waste a dime in this poorly run little shop

Great people. Really good, prompt work. I had a broken pane in old basement aluminum window. I took it in yesterday and they had it as good as new" within two hours. Very reasonable price

Yesterday afternoon the front door to the store literally broke off its hinges. The guys from Pembroke Glass came by that afternoon, measured it up, for a new style of hinge. They came back the next morning before my store opened and about 1/2 hour later I have a working door again. Thanks again to all at Pembroke Glass for the very speedy response.
