Samantha de Wit is very irresponsive, lots of mistakes, very aggressive and condescending demeanor.There has been lots of time and money wasted with no real added value Or end product or valuable outcome. It has now been over 6 months with no actual resolution to any of our family concerns.Samantha also made racist comments because I have citizenship in a foreign country; even though she is an immigrant herself and has immigrated to Canada with her family in the 1990’s from South Africa.Overall having directly dealt with Samantha for over 6 months now, I would avoid this law firm.There are much better family law firms in Victoria. Just not this one.
