Bad customer services. Manager Tanya and supervisor Erma have attitude.I spoke to corporate Canadian tire and they told me the representatives here are wrong.Been told this specific location is a hassle for returns. Go to fairview location they treat customers alot better.

Canadian Tire Auto Centre is the worst auto shop I have ever taken my car to. Taking my car there has caused me so much pain and stress. Just a month ago, I took the car in for a brake repair because it was urgent. After my appointment, I was given a 3 page invoice of work done and future work to be done and was charged over $500.A few weeks later the car started shaking and making strange noises. Next, it began to stop in the middle of the road and would only turn on after a few minutes. It was so disappointing and I decided it wasn’t necessary to take the car back to Canadian Tire.I eventually got an appointment at another automotive shop. They saw incompetence in some of the work done by Canadian Tire operatives. From an unreturned spring to unfinished brake repairs; I don’t understand what I paid for. Some other things listed on the invoice were unfortunately done poorly. After having talked with friends and colleagues, I learnt that many people are of the opinion that Canadian Tire is not the place to go if you want a successful repair. Don’t think I’ll ever be going back there again.

Went to shop for some car detailing items and great deals are to be had on buffing rags, waxes and detailing sprays.I usually purchase Chemical guys for car shampoos and waxes.The butter wax works best for me as it reduces buffing and spreads evenly. It also smells great for a wax.Downside most days on this location is the check out. Cashier ratio to customers need to be reviewed.Other than that, place is usually stocked and clean. Fries, hotdogs and sausages are also available outside the store where you exit. Nice set up.

I guess with the thousands of great reviews about Canadian Tire I don't need to put my review on much detail. Our family trust this place a lot. Their available selection of almost everything was remarkable. The staff were excellent and the prices were alright as well.

It's a large Canadian Tire so they have a good stock if things. I tend to have difficulty finding associates when I want one but they're usually fairly helpful.I just loth walking in and dealing with the person selling Canadian Tire credit cards every single time for I step past the front gates. They're always there, they're always ready for you and it doesn't matter how many time you tell them you'd rather be set on fire then have their credit card they're ready to push one on you every time.Other then that it's a good store. I keep going back, just have to fight your way past the credit card trolls.

Amazing customer service in the Auto Dept!!! Lisa was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We needed a tire fixed while on a road trip across Canada and she had us in amd out amd on our way in less than an hour!!! Thank you Lisa!!!

Excellent customer service. I wanted to test out an office chair that was displayed on the top shelf and Ross was very willing and eager to help! He found a ladder, climbed it, grabbed the chair, and brought it down for us effortlessly. The chair we wanted was in the back warehouse and Ross promptly retrieved it for us. Thank you Ross!

Great service! I had to return a product I'd ordered online. The staff member was very efficient so there was very little wait time in line. We arranged an exchange rather than refund (my choice) and just a few minutes later, I was on my way. CT has a huge inventory of items at good prices.

Great Canadian store. So many things to look at, so many things to check out! A simple guy can easily get lost in here looking at all the stuff. Wonderful experience with staff that weren't pushy!

Their auto shop does not know what they are doing. I had taken my car for rust protection many years back and the people had sprayed stuff on the engine so when the car runs, and of course the engine will become hot, the smell from the engine lingers for many hours after the car comes back into any closed location, like a garage. They had said the smell will go away, but it still exists even many years later! Heck, the smell should not have existed in the first place had they known where to spray!
