Bulk Barn

This afternoon we were greeted and served by Chantal. She was so cheerful and warm. It just made our day. What a great store too easy to find items and clean.

Very clean, organized and sanitary. Prices are high though when you compare to actual packaged product. Great candy section, the reason I go.

All I have to say this is place has caused a sizeable dent in my bank account

Great customer service. Reason for not giving 5 star rating: location is on smaller size and didn't carry any long cookie boxes. Not sure it it's an availability thing but also only carried 4 of the 7 dust food colour powders on manufacturer's website (LorAnn).

Very clean store. Staff always goes over and above. Management day and evening staff are also amazing. For the size if the store compared to the bigger Bulk Barns I love this one the best has a huge selection and easy to find what I'm looking for and if not there is always a staff member around who will even ask if you need help and if in finding everything o.k. amazing amazing store.And I'm proud to shop local at my small town Bulk Barn!

My experience this morning was less than professional. An employee had left a cleaning bucket half full on the floor. It was just as you turn the corner to the herbs and spices in the front of the store. When it was eventually picked up I mentioned to the employee that I nearly tripped in it and that it was a safety hazard. I was not acknowledged at all regarding my concern. I also mentioned it to the employee tending to cash. I am greatful for my sake and the sake of the store that I did not fall. I am sure this incident was just an expression of individuality from that one employee. It is a very clean store and always stocked.

I always Find what I need, fresh, great quality!

I have been a customer of this location since they opened. It was always kept very clean.....my last visit there left me feeling disappointed.It was not clean...the buckets that have the cherries etc had the scoops sitting on the top with liquid from the bin dripping onto the lid. Ugh!There were food items on the floor that had not been swept up.I was told they have new owners.I will not shop here again.

Great collection , cleanaliness maintained. Hardly any shoppers in when I visited, perhaps was a downtime. But I liked it. Though was confused if there was any way to find a sticker for item picked up to help cashier search the right item from the item list on POC at the billing counter. She had to take the item i had picked up to check what exact item it was, which I felt could slow down the queue, and hamper in busy times.
