We've been working with BigSteelBox for several years and have appreciated the excellent service that we've received - I would especially like to thank Allan for his years of supreme customer service skills. I would highly recommend BigSteelBox. Our container didn't arrive on the date that was expected. That's why I gave 4 stars, but the way the company handled the problem was very professional and courteous. The drivers that loaded and unloaded the container were friendly, talented and patient. The managers listened to me and dealt with the issue with speed and integrity. I was very impressed.

First they messed up on the date and we had to pay movers extra for that so the would come back the next day, then the size was wrong, got that straightened out. Did get a free month but took 3 months to get it. Ours was at their site.Now if you don’t need access it’s great because you may only access it once a month have to book it and takes 48 hours for that very very frustrating let me tell youIf you get access set up for the beginning of the month sure hope you paid your bill the day it was sent otherwise nope you cannot have access so for me I get paid once a month and not till the end of the month so it really really suckedI would not recommend at all

The drivers who move and relocate these containers are unbelievably skillful as well as being friendly and professional. We had exceptional service from Allan Megli in Penticton and can't say enough good things about him. He should be highly valued at Big Steel.

We have had nothing but the best service with BigSteelBox. They've always worked around our schedule and we knew our belongings were safe. We have some pretty considerable space limitations in our yard and they made it work - shout out to Alan for being the most skilled pick-up and delivery guy in the game. He can drop that big steel box exactly where it needs to be, even with tight corners and limited space!

This review is long overdue. We used Big steel box for the first time in April 2019 Moving from Calgary to penticton. Got our stuff delivered to new place mid June. From first call to box delivered to new house. Absolutely awesome customer care and service. Allan was absolutely fantastic. Big thumbs up to this business as a whole. Recommend 100% and will use again. Thanks for making this move not to stressful.

We were pleased that our can was delivered so quickly. We are very impressed with Allen, he was professional and has very good communication skills. He put the can exactly where we wanted it. An excellent experience.

We moved from the interior to the island in December.Box came when they said it would and was picked on schedule.There was some confusion about the delivery of our Box to our new home due to the flooding in the Fraser Valley, but they came through and delivered a day later than planned.Hat’s off to everyone at Big steel box for delivering our belongings in such unusual circumstances.We were able to enjoy our first Christmas in our new home with all the comforts we were used to.

Always easy to get an agent on the phone. Very friendly, professional and well-informed. Reasonable prices compared to other storage companies in town. We had multiple pick-ups and drop-offs and each time was painless and prompt. Would definitely use again!

I should of wrote this long time ago. When we got to our new place 5 years back we had one of the drivers name Allan and he was very careful on what he did and a friendly guy and has a great attitude and alway very very respectful. You will not see that at any other place. Ran into him today and same person all smiles and very happy. Way to go keep it up as the company need more guys like him. he is a keeper. He is a clean of fresh air when you run into him and really makes your day :)
