Beware...I ordered a part on amazon and after contacting Fluid Power Shop and leaving messages about my order. They finally sent an email 5 days later canceling the order due to their incorrect" pricing.I ordered the part for a piece of equipment that was inoperable due to this part. Beware of this company. Order at your own risk.They will ship you a damaged item. The only way you will find out that its damaged is when hooking up to hydraulic system. When you ask to return it, they'll say its Used!! How else will you know its damaged if not by trying to use it!

Called and spoke with JD for a quote on a seal kit. He was on point and we received the seal kit the next day to get our equipment back online. He is now our go to from this point on. Thanks

I purchased motors from here multiple times and had a good experience until recently. I bought a motor that did not function properly so I sent it back for warranty. It took them multiple weeks to ever look at it and then they said there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back. They told be they can only spin test motors and can’t put them under any load. When I received it I put it on my test bench and it still had the original problem. They tried to tell it was my test bench so I put it on another unit and it still did the same thing. I have ran many other motors on my test stand and never had trouble with low flow and the motor will not run when installed on the machine it is for but another motor like it from a different manufacturer runs fine. Now they say I need to pay the shipping to send it back again and the shipping for them to send me another one. I soon could have bought a OEM motor for what paying shipping 5 times plus the motor price cost. Their warranty is worthless so purchase at your own risk

I called looking for a replacement pump for a down machine, JD got me a quote right away. Price was lower than other shops in the area and he assured me that it would ship later that afternoon. The pump showed up the next morning just like it was supposed to.JD was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept his word. I will continue to use his services in the future.

Absolute Worst company to deal with! We put an order in online to get the ball rolling because our customer needed a pump asap. We also received a quote which was $200 more than the online price so that seemed a little fishy like they are trying to bait the customer. They said they have been updating their online pricing, but when I checked none of the pumps have been updated. According to our call it was in stock. It was ok with us on price because we called in so we thought they would just adjust it. Then we get a notice that the order was cancelled and refunded. Unfortunately they still haven't refunded our purchase and it's been a week. They started giving me stories that there was a card issue, then it's paypal's issue, then their bookkeeper is out. Just a bunch of BS stories. So after I told them they need to refund our order when the bookkeeper get's in the next morning, I get an email stating that everything is all taken care of and it will be processed first thing in the morning. Guess what? Still no refund.Anyone looking to buy from this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are trouble. They have no customer service skills or platform. They do not value you as a customer and try and put the blame on you. As you can see bu the other comments and ratings your dealing with some real snakes. Heed warning!
