Fantastic service, and very helpful and accommodating staff. We had a new home built but the original vendor considerably messed up the install of our infloor heating system. Quinte worked directly with the manufacturer to get the problem fixed, and now it works like a charm. Their staff were also very friendly and helpful, and explained every step of the way. I highly recommend them...professional, courteous, effective, and communicative.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Liam today. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it very easily. We asked him to check the furnace as it hadn't been serviced for a while. He fixed a couple of problems that had been neglected by the previous technicians since it was installed. He kindly answered a couple of questions I had about the HRV system also. Excellent service. What a fantastic experience! These folks stayed on top of a whole bunch of Enbridge delays, and never once gave up. As a result, I have a new gas furnace (replaced oil), for a reasonable price, and before Winter! You always know the value of a company by how well they handle problems; these folks are an example of what excellent customer service is supposed to be. Wow. I'm feeling pretty good about my decision to go with them.Update: 9 months later I had a minor problem with our old A/C unit (it was not replaced; only the furnace was). Quinte Air stepped up and made it right. These folks are the real deal. I'll be heartily recommending them to others!

Kevin and Linda clearly explained my furnace replacement options and were responsive to all my calls and questions. The crew showed up first thing in the morning to remove my old oil system (including tank) and had propane heat in no time. They were fast, efficient and had the furnace area looking better than it did before they came. Even rolled out a red carpet to protect the floors. Highly recommend.

Quinte Air Supply was the best in price and professionalism out of 3 local companies we priced out. They were on time, wore covers on their shoes and rolled out carpet runners to protect mine. And, a knowledgeable install team who made sure we knew how to use the unit, before they left. Would definitely recommend!

Didn't purchase my cold climate heat pump from these guys.. Big mistake!.. Owe these guys big time!.. My system was only two years old and the company that sold it to me was not there for me when it broke down. Kevin and staff from Quinte Air supply got my system back up and running in no time while i was out of town. Very professional installation, reasonable price, and outstanding customer service!..

From the very first call to inquire about a furnace and AC unit, Linda inquired about my needs and guided me through various options. Based on the information she provided, I felt very comfortable moving forward to purchasing both a new furnace and AC Unit.Kevin was the gentleman who installed the furnace and everything was done to perfection. I'm using Propane and Linda guided me through the whole process to get that up and running seamlessly. I'm delighted with our new system and looking forward to a heated winter and a cooled summer!

We were on holidays when we received an out of order message from our smart thermostat. We e-mailed QAS and they sent their technician over right away. Snow had blocked both the intake and exhaust of our furnace. Snow was cleaned and problem solved. Great service. We were able to continue with our trip without worry.

Quinte Air Supply installed a new heat pump in my condo unit.Kevin was very knowledgeable about my situation since he had previously installed heats pumps in many other units in my building. He came to my unit for a quick chat, provided me a quote and informed me of who to contact to have my existing AC wall unit removed. Preparing the location for installation took a bit longer then expected but Kevin was more then willing to stand by the terms of the quote he had provided even if they had expired a month prior.Installation of the 12,000BTU heat pump and corresponding wall unit was completed within 4 hours. Bob and Cody showed up at 8AM and were out by noon. They worked very efficiently and did not leave a mess upon their exit. Bob helped me familiarise myself with the use of the unit and made sure to answer all my questions prior to leaving.A rebate for my purchase provided by LENNOX is still pending as of the writing of this review. The rebate process has not been as simple as I had anticipated but Quinte Air Supply has been more than helpful in aiding me throughout the process.I am very happy with my new heat pump. It is far better than the very noisy and inadequate AC unit that was previously installed. I highly recommend Quinte Air Supply for their excellent pricing on equipment and warranties as well as their efficient installation process.
