Amazing service and helpful staff! I went to so many places to fix my phone and the staff here helped me and were able to explain what was going on. They were friendly, very knowledgable and I knew they would take care of my phone. I would recommend anyone come here FIRST for any phone repairs or issues with their Samsung phones (mine was covered by warranty).

Absolutely amazing customer service via email and in person. I had an issue with my charging port and was worried it would be an expensive repair - but Jasleen (I think that was her name) pulled out a little tool kit and simply cleaned all the lint and dirt trapped in the port and voila, fixed. And get this, no charge for the service at all! I'll be a customer always now. I didn't get her co-workers name but he was fantastic with my email questions. Thanks so much!

Gave five star only because that’s the maximum I can give. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Brought my iPad cause the charging port is stuck, got fixed right away. Would highly recommend anyone to go to this store. Def deserve five star

This is the only mobile klinik location I would go to. I have been to many locations within the calgary area and have absolutely been appalled by the lack of customer service I have been given in the other mobile klinik storesAt this location all the staff I have dealt with have been amazing and go over the top in their customer support. I have also noticed many times going there that they do have staff who speak different languages which is great for the diverse customers of calgary.

They fixed my LG phone with original parts and she it brand new again. Worth the cost and waiting period to get the replacement screen from manufacturers. Shout out to Alexei and Joey for great customer service.
