Went for a nice long walk around the lake, only down side was there is no biking allowed so I had to leave them in my truck.

This is the best place to park your car if you plan on going for a row on Elk Lake. This lot will be very busy most mornings as the rowers are often on the water before the sun rises.

The beaches are great and the trail around both lakes is worth doing. Unfortunately the parking is not that great in some areas. It extremely awkward and almost hazardous to try and park where the rowing is.

I feel like there are a number of entries for the same park so here goes another. Pretty sure this is for the rowing club and Jennings lane. New washrooms put up recently here so that's nice, my dog likes the off leash areas ( that's all of it except the beach area during the summer months).

An enjoyable walk around the lake (10k +). Well maintained paths and good signage.
