Clean, spacious, great machines. Personable and helpful staff. A very different vibe from laundromats I'm used to.

The owner kicked me out for doing a load of drying. He said that customers are not welcome to use the dryers if they're not doing a load of washing. That's a poor way of conducting business, one should welcome all paying customers. I have a washing machine at home, but I need to take my washing to the laundromat for drying - imagine if all laundromats turned me away, I would never have dry clothes. This experience was embarrassing and I would not recommend this place.

The place is cheap, clean, fast. If you come before at 11 there is not to much busy

The best laundermat within the Metrotown, Boundary, Nanaimo Kingsway vicinity. Cheapest and reasonable priced. Lots of dryers and washers. The owner is very friendly . The dryers work flawlessly. Takes 20 minutes to dry when other places take 30-40 minutes. There maxi and triple washers are also reasonable priced. Lots of tables to fold your clothes. He has a TV set up with couches and lounge area to relax comfortably. Keep up the good work. And I'm glad I found you after going to 4 in the area. You are the winner against your competitors ! When our washer broke down, we resorted to JJ Coin Laundry and I'm glad we did! The shop's just a walking distance from our old place so going there back and forth was no issue. Depending on your load, the price is actually reasonable and cheap! The whole place is clean and organized. You have tables where you can fold your clothes after. They also have a tv and couches so you can chill while you wait!

I enjoy doing my laundry at J.J. Coin Laundry because the laundromat is very clean and spacious. The owners keep the laundromat very clean and this is very important given that this is a shared service and we are in the midst of a global pandemic. I feel very safe going to this laundromat as there is proper social distancing.

The driers work perfectly. It's the best laundromat around this area.

Really great place to do your laundry!Fast and not expensive at all. The place is clean and I did got help from the moment I arrive.I arrive at 10am and find many machinas empty do that was awesome.

Since my washer broke I had to bring my one load of laundry in..and the man who “greeted” me, was awful..he looked me up’ down with almost a fixed scowl on his face..looked at what I brought and almost scoffed..I asked for change..and without saying anything placed a container of coins in front of me..While he was watching intently, I pulled out my expensive wallet..wide open so he can see all my credit cards and cash..and his demeaned changed instantly..wth?.. so when he thought I was poor he treated me differently..yet I was dressed professionally since I came from work..There was no heat..I was freezing while there..I’ll never go back there and I will never recommend..
