I have water delivered to my home every month. Customer service is very helpful, but I don't need to call in my order every month. Quick and easy because they do everything. The driver is professional and friendly, does not hurt that he is extremely good-looking as well. The water bottles are brought straight to my door. Extremely satisfied with the service I receive from Culligan.

The staff are always friendly here! I went there for my first time to get my bottles filled (I usually get deliver) and the woman at the window was so sweet and the guy that brought my water out was super nice as well. I love Culligan :)

I called culligan to install water softener and RO drinking water in my home. A representative Sajith George came and patiently explained the whole process to me. He was calm and engaging as he was testing my water. Few days later a technician came to install the system. Sajith came back to test the water a few days later and asked if I had any questions. Thank you Culligan waters. The investment is worth it.

Do your homework before getting a water system as per your location. 3 years now and my water softner is still not hooked up to cold water. The installer was a very friendly though!

First time there and the person sitting behind the desk explained to me how things worked. You can walk in and pick up or they have a drive thru service. I told my parents (seniors) about this and they will now switch to going to there now. Thank you very much!

Dealing with Culligan was a good experience. Their people were knowledgeable and explained their services well. We had to coordinate our installation around other plumbing work and Culligan was flexible in meeting our installation needs.

Called Culligan to service our water softener that we purchased several years ago. Craig was our technician who worked on the unit. Craig was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the unit, and offered to show me how to troubleshoot future issues myself. Awesome awesome awesome. I'm super happy I could service this softener even out of my service contract instead of tossing it out and buying new. Thanks Craig!
