Traded in my Ford Focus for a Jeep Wrangler “Willys” edition. My salesman was Muhammad and he was super welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with! He made the process stress free and exciting. Some of the finance work took a bit of time but that’s sometimes out of their control. I did have to check in with the finance department a few times for updates. But overall, the sales team is amazing and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Muhammad and the team at Columbia Chrysler.

Rajdeep was brilliant with our enquiry for the Mercedes gl550.I was very clear if they low ball me on the trade value of my car it would be a waste of time for everyone and they didn’t disappoint. The offer made by them I thought was fair and that saved me a lot of hassle.He was very helpful even after the sale as in our excitement v left things behind in our old car that we traded.

Update after 10 days of purchase:Overpriced cars. Please check your car throughout, even a little scars and all. Don’t trust them. Not at all recommended. I regret buying car from them. Sold me a damage car, and didn’t helped me at all after. Makes a lot of noise while driving, shakes a lot. When I made a complaint, they said we do a inspection before selling the car, so it’s not us. So convenient!Don’t buy cars with them! Save yourself from a trouble and headache.

Great experience at this dealership. We buy many cars and trucks and this is by far the best dealership we have been too. Our sales guy Raj was fantastic. Made a deal happen in 10-15 mins without any issues. Would definitely recommend Raj if you want to buy a vehicle. Will be back to buy another Ram in a couple years!
