Tina was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. She was happy for me to watch and explained each step. She was also happy to give advice on the flue we required to go with a log burner my husband is fitting. We recieved a certificate to show our chimney had been swept and a recommendation for when it should be done again.

Tina swept our chimney and removed a large crows nest using a powered rotary brush, given that this was a gas fire flue the crow was quite literary killing us! There was no mess and I am happy to recommend her, I suspect that many a tradesman would learn a great deal from her in customer relations as she answered all my questions (including the silly ones).Once the weather improves next week she is coming back to fit a bird guard/cowl to stop the crows coming back.
