Extremely terrible service. They pick up my call with a “do you need a taxi or not?” After i simply say “hi, how are you?”, were very rude and I never got the taxi I requested.

They are on most occasions relatively quick to come. It's usually no longer then a 5 min wait..They do take awhile sometimes to answer their phone though

Great service, help me with my bags. Most days arrive within minutes, even gave me a great price from Cornwall to Lancaster. Don't forget to leave them a tip if you can. My only downside is make sure you have cash because debit is an extra $1.50.

great service with all the construction going on it could be costly taking a taxi but I've had great driver who actually did his best to maneuver around quickly and or avoid the street completely but has given an explanation if no other option of avoiding delay was available $11 it cost me from DQ to la cittadel day before new native holiday the traffic was crazy and 11 bucks was pretty good

They should work on answering their phones more often, and not take forever just to get through to someone. Because after calling, I still have to wait for the taxi to get to me.

Never had an issue before. I called them at 9 so that they will show up at 9:15 - but I had to wait almost half an hour. and guess what. He takes us to the longest route possible. Maybe he doesnt know the roads but I would like someone who could take me on the shortest route to save my time. Ik choice taxi is better than this.
