Matt helped us check up our AC unit and will be promptly fixing the issues we've had with it. 10/10 service, really nice guy. A pleasure to have done business. Would recommend to anyone, period.

Back in October, I hired Boonstra to install both a new furnace and A/C, as my existing units were approx. 20 years old, if not older. Mike A., the sales consultant, came to my home and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After the consult, I felt very confident in my decision to move forward with Boonstra and trusted they were the perfect team to get the job done properly. On the day of the install, the 2 installers arrived right on-time and they were both friendly and skilled. After the install was complete, I had concerns about the way the A/C unit was secured on my deck as unfortunately, the new unit did not fit within the same hole as the old unit. I shared my concerns with Mike the next day and he promptly got me in touch with Dallas T., who was equally as prompt in his response, and was just FANTASTIC. I appreciate that Dallas took the time to listen to my concerns and validate them. He then came up with the perfect solution, which would require some modifications to the deck, and Mike R. did a super-stellar job in executing what needed to be done. I am very happy with my new furnace and A/C, the quality of work from the 2 installers and Mike R. and the communication I received from Dallas. I highly recommend the team at Boonstra!

Home comfort advisor Tommy was amazing! A big thank you to Boonstra for helping us out with our a/c problem. Our equipment was assessed and a Home comfort advisor was sent to help us choose what options we could take to optimize our home. Tom was super helpful and friendly. He kept everything simple and understandable and to be honest kept our minds at ease and made it fun. He made arrangements around our schedule to meet with us which I cannot thank him and boonstra enough for that. I highly recommend Boonstra! And if you can drop the name Tom for a Home comfort advisor to help you through it you won't regret it!

We have an annual contract for maintenance with Boonstra, but Jeff went over and above today. Saved me money by recommending a part replacement that could be done during the tune-up, but also added extra insulation and generally tidied up the install. He was great. Thanks again Jeff for servicing well and taking such pride in your work. A+

Worst Company Ever !I've been dealing with this for three months with no resolution. No one returns my calls or messages. They left me with a mess! First install of furnace took 12 hours! Then the district manager (Chuck) and Brad had to come out to see the mess and they sent their best guy to re-instal and add air returns. Another eight hours of instal and that night there was a gas leak- no one came out to fix it-can't even rely on the emergency 24 hr assistance. I called the next day and someone came and fixed the gas leak. Hours later I had to call again because I still smelt gas. Dallas came to fix the other gas leak which was a defective part he had to take out. That was almost three months ago. He was supposed to come last week and I haven't heard anything. I called Tony who's Chuck's boss and for the second time he will get him to call me. They got contractors to come in and fix the mess I was left with and when they actually showed up the work they did was unacceptable. I've now been left with this mess and been told to hire my own contractors. The pictures attached are of some of the work the contractors" did. The bottom left is the hole where the propane/gas shut off is. You can't even get fingers in this little area. The part around the furnace is not finished as when you take the door off parts of the wall crumble off. The furnace filter is supposed to go in the slot which is also not finished. I also want my part put in my furnace. It's been three months and no one is taking responsibility."

I highly recommend Boonstra Heating and Air Conditioning. When my furnace stopped working, Boonstra was responsive, respectful and very helpful. From the person who took my call (Sarah?) to the techs (Dan and Keith) who inspected my furnace and installed a new one, to the sales rep (Sean) who explained the various models -- everyone was great! I liked and trusted Boonstra much more than my previous company, so I had Boonstra install a water heater, too. All my dealings with Boonstra have been productive and pleasant, including conversations with the billing person (Cheryl). They offer quality products and service.

Outstanding service! My old AC was freezing up so I called Boonstra. The same day they sent a repair person and it was determined that there was a huge leak. I decided to purchase a new AC. I recently had some serious medical issues. They were able to schedule the installation the next morning. Mike and Dylan (installers) arrived on schedule.. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Did an amazing job installing the AC. They went above and beyond making sure everything was installed perfectly. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Boonstra

I was really impressed with the service I received from Dallas at Boonstra during the installation of my new furnace.The team was professional and friendly, and the prices they offered were fantastic. I was also very pleased with the quality of the Furnace they installed. I would definitely Use their services again in the future.

Needed a new AC, Furnace and Water tank, called the Boonstra team and I made the right call.With the weather currently at 33 degrees, we needed cooling fast. On Sunday, I inquired with Boonstra and received a call back within 5 minutes. The next morning Adam Bond the sale rep came out to our place to review and discuss options. He was very professional and informative. We were given great options and incentives. The following morning Chad and his lead hand came to perform the demo and new install. They very polite, professional and were clean as they worked. They did the work properly and the quality was outstanding. After everything was complete, Chad took the time to walk me through everything. I am very happy with my choice to go with Boonstra.Thank you!
